I guess we know why Nick got so buddy buddy with him so quick. Well that and the whole mezzo-finook thing
Wasn't Elijah already fired? I don't know the legal intricacies, but to a layman "you didn't fire him fast enough" doesn't seem like a winning lawsuit. If what he did didn't violate company policy or law then I don't what you wanted. It reads more like the airing of grievances rather than anything actionable. This whole story is gay. Disgruntled, moderately attractive right wing "based girl" (who isn't even American), spills the beans about her "me too" lawsuit to that bastion of integrity and moral rightitude, the Daily Fucking Beast.
She's suing Mormon junkie Glenn Beck's network because Elijah's audience kept sending her naughty "misogynistic and/or antisemitic" superchats to read and he was vaguely mean and vulgar to her, offending her delicate antipodean sensitivities. Her being superchatted into accidentally exposing Jack Murphey seems to be a particular problem. Look, Elijah seems like a drunk retarded faggot, but this cunt is obviously just another useless conservathot grifter. Elijah isn't even accused of groping her like he did to that Mexican chick on their show.
And interesting to note, I recall that when the Shaffer-Ralph business stared, Nick claimed it was primarily Sydney who was responsible for getting him invited on You Are Here the first time, not Elijah.

And if this article isn't bullshitting what she said in the complaint, it blatantly contradicts what actually happened and her response.
Here's some timestamps from her response:
11:52 - Says that she and Elijah put up with a lot of trolling from super chats
13:02 - Says she wanted to end the show then try and apologize. Elijah did so later with Jack.
14:44 - Notes that she nor Elijah are hurtful or try to attack people.
