Its not a Rotdog or a dick, I think it (was) a foot, a left foot, specifically, I think thats the heelbone on the left and the big toe on the right.
I'm just amazed it got that bad, why would they leave it to rot like that?

Definitely a foot. Diabetes causes neuropathy in the extremities. So, foot goes numb, foot gets a cut, cut gets infected, foot slowly rots and they feel nothing. They may be too poorsighted or too fat to see it over the gunt. They may be too used to the smell to notice, or their sense of smell is poor. They may be so isolated and unmonitored that no one else is around to notice either. These risks all apply to the elderly, they could feasibly apply to the most shut-in of shut-in young lardos though. Regardless, it's irresponsible to post a beetus foot in the GRS thread. It will give the men of gender new ideas for their dainty feet goals.

Goddamn. I get how a Deathfat with the 'beetus could get a really bad infection, I've just never seem something to that extent. It looks like a deer I found out hunting once, it had tried to jump a narrow ravine and must have broke its legs when it fell, and the ravine was too steep and too narrow for any big scavengers to get to it so it just rotted, it was fucking awful, and that foot is worse.
It looks like something from a Romero movie, or the Zombie that was dragging itself towards Rick Grimes on the Walking Dead pilot.
How the fuck could that get so bad goodamn, even if it was hidden by the owners Gunt and they smelled bad anyway, the fucking flies it would attract would surely alert you.

Your statement about the dentist is curious to me. Do we have any dental fags around? I'm imagining something where they have to cut from the side of your mouth over to access your back teeth for example. That seems pretty horrible and I assume I'm wrong.

This gave me a thunk, not just about a dentist but oral hygiene overall. Is she able to brush and floss the way you are supposed to if she is this limited? How are you gonna floss your back teeth properly if you can't open your mouth or, I'm assuming, can't pull back your cheek?

If the faint smell of wounds and piss wasn't enough you can throw bad breath into the mix too, lovely stuff.

And keep in mind, there’s absolutely no guarantee that her “surgical journey” is over.

She might face more issues with her UI hookup/fake tract. More surgeries, more infections, more fistulas and strictures.

All these idiots are living in a bizarre fantasy, it's just a pity corrupt pharma has more of an interested keeping the gravy train going than actually helping them or her and those like her would be getting actual treatment, anti psychotics, CBT, hell even lobotomy would be easier and less damaging and with less long term complications than mutilation and carcinogenic levels of exogenous hormones.
