Disney Adults / Disneymania

Got a summary of the story/drama?

The lady who runs Disney Food Blog also owns AllEars. AllEars got bought by her company so she could corner the Disney tubes. (It didnt work) She slowly drove away all the talent the channel had and hired useless Disney adults who are afraid of saying anything that might piss off Disney or go on about Disneys lack of vegan options.

Molly (the Mammoth Club) was the golden goose. She would land over 100k views consistently. Her shtick was doing basically a tour guide session with you and also tips on how to navigate Disneys complex systems. Anyhoo somebody at allears hated her husband and her best friend and booted them from the channel (who also had videos). So she left. Now allears struggles to crack 10k views a video. Turns out people dont enjoy unlikeable vegan and girls who are terrified of pissing off Disney.

Mammoth Club lady is too self aware to be a good cow. She hasnt tried to burn bridges with her old company and her husband is keeping his day job. They seem to be doing this like sane people and enjoying the free vacations and not blowing the money. And they lived in Orlando already.

Any Disney adult thread would be a wash without TheTimTracker. Hes considered the most successful Disney vlogger and became a millionaire from it apparently. He also survived a cancellation campaign that apparently got to the point that Disney removed him from the influencer rolls. He survived it and is back on it now. Someone else can dig up the deets. Im only vaguely aware that happened.

Added a note about this.

Unlikeable gay man vegan from allears was really unlikeable. Wife was watching a video about Disneys Magic Kingdom Halloween party where the focus is on children being able to go trick or treating at Disney World and see characters dressed up for halloween.

He spent half the video complaining that the vegan options were not good for the Trick or Treat event.

Middle Aged "Married" Gay Men are one of the most virulent strains of Disney adult and one that Disney caters to aggressively sense they have a fuck ton of disposable income.

Disney adults makes the entertainment space worse. They keep buying shit up and watch Disney shit content because they have no self control. It also makes Disney complacent which caused them to not innovate; that shit destroys the animation space.

Also, because they have a fuck ton of asset and copyrighted material, plus a gaggle of retards that will happily spend their money on anything Disney made, banks and other money lender happily give them long term debt in tune of tens of billions of dollars; this shit will directly fucks people if Disney can't pay those banks and lenders.

You know they are far from saved when they can withstand all the GloboHomo that Disney's been pumping out.

I knew these types of people irl but they liked Harry Potter theme parks instead. Personality is 1-1 though.
The potter adults who get upset that they pick kids for the wand show before the decked out 1000 dollars of cosplaying adults do are pretty entertaining.

They have a show in the wand shop where a person gets "chosen" by a wand in a reenactment of the scene in Harry Potter. SOP for them is kids in costume get picked first, then kids, then adults in costumes. So the Potter adults try to "make sure" there are no kifs when they go in. Oh also the wand aint free. Its 80 bucks and is used to control things in the Harry Potter land.

That said Potter adults are more manageable. They wear costumes that let you know what your dealing up front and stay contained to specific parts of the Universal parks. And honestly they add to the atmosphere in the areas they do stay in. They also dont typically buy up the merch like assholes either and dont hit the rides as hard.

Oh i've been waiting a long time for a thread like this.
been studying their behavior patterns for years now and infiltrated a server full of em. (middle aged women some with kids that are affixed to Disney)

If I don't make it, bury me not in the lone prairie..

Godspeed Kiwi Bros...

I confess in the early 2010s I used to be obsessed with the Disney parks, I read tons of blogs online, even a book about them.

Blogs like Parkeology, Mesa Verde Times, Passports to Dreams Old And New, Long Forgotten (about the Haunted Mansion), even a blog devoted to Tower of Terror (which is no longer even online), Disney & More and Leonard Kinsey's The Dark Side of Disney book.

All that stuff has basically petered out, all these blogs have gone quiet (or very, very rarely update), all the cool stuff in the fandom has been replaced with the new generation of these Soyed out "Disney Adults" losers, it's really sad to see.

I have fond memories of going to the parks as a kid, but the whole thing's become so overexposed, overpriced and overcrowded now.

The history of it is interesting and cool, but it's been replaced from a company that did want to give people amazing experiences to predatory consooooooooomer bullshit.

Allow me to introduce you to family vlogger/disneycow Jesssfam...

[MEDIA/]=youtubeumq8zgKqCrY[/MEDIA]

I discovered this terrible mother through a channel that covers family channel lolcows named Dad Challenge Podcast. He covers other exploitative family channels like Dougherty Dozen.

Jessfam has taken her kids to three disney vacations during school days since August. She exploits her oldest daughter's sexuality as seen in the video above and overall she is a terrible person. Check out the Dougherty thread and Dad Challenge Podcast for other family vlog cows.

Alright what would you consider qualifying disney adults? I lean towards just adults how blog, tweet, film themselves going to disney land/word several times a year and talk about "magical" it is.
But if your open to more kinds, there's a small rabbit hole of people how talk about the history/news of the parks and company.
Biggest one on the list is Defunctland (https://www.youtube.com/@Defunctland), They started off talking about the history of defunct rides and attractions at the disney parks and while they've later venture out to other topics in other amusement parks and forms of media, they still occasionally make hour long videos about Disney stuff like the almost 3rd park in Virginia, the history of the disney channel theme, and whether or not fastpass was shit.

I can make a quick list of people who kind of fall in the same vein and let other people decide if they should be included. I will admit to watching one or two so I might be biased, but while some are definitely be closer to being disney adults then others, IMO most kind of avoid it on the ground of making videos that are more detailed then random blogs about how great disney is and talk about other stuff outside of the rat house half the time
