Emily Jones is the voice actor for Tails the Fox in Sonic & Tails R. She is friends with many official voice actors for Sonic, and she got them together for her small project. Think of it as a Sonic Radio Drama.

What happened? Emi liked SpiritoftheBlue, and when she learned that BlueEyedFox was going to play Tails in his project. Emi convinced him to drop BlueEyedFox and instead go with Emi.
How did she convince him?

Emi vs. Brain Tumor Survivor
Our story begins with a girl named LizzyHedgehog, Some time in 1993, LizzyHedgehog was diagnosed with a brain tumor. After her scary but successful story, she would play Sonic everyday. She fell in love with the shows and the comics. Sometime in 2016, Lizzy had heard about stories of people passing away from Brain tumors and decided that she wanted to share her story. So she reached out to SEGA. Her hero, in her eyes. Not much success until she got a feature in the Archie Comics.
After this she met Ryan Drummond (Sonic Adventure VA for Sonic) and many more. Things were looking up. Until Emi and Matt (TailsChannel) stepped in. TailsChannel harassed her and convinced others that she was lying about her story.
And Emi? Emi, did a WHOLE lot more than Matt could ever. Emi, decided to go behind the scenes at SEGA and excommunicate her from the company, she would badmouth her, be a dick to her and diminish her accomplishments.
Remember Ryan? Ryan promised Lizzy a voice clip of Sonic reacting to her brain tumor. Emi made Ryan refuse to record the clip.

FanJam 2017 (Doryan Incident) (full google doc)
Cesi is Emi's ex friend. During Fanjam 2017, Cesi was very sad over her recent breakup. That's where Doryan Nelson (Sonic & Tails R director) and Emi comforted her. Sometime during the night Cess was very tired and sad. She was hugged by Doryan. She was fine with this and fell asleep. He took this as an invitation to cuddle.
When Cesi told Emi, Emi said Doryan had kissed her without consent and with knowledge she was dating a certain someone (foreshadowing) earlier that day. Emi had riled up the group and they all went to talk to Doryan. Later, Emi admits that the kiss from Doryan was actually consensual.
