The filter helps, but even so, he looks better here than anywhere he's had styling input. The size of his hat and scarf bring his head into proportion. If he has that flat middle part, we can't see it. The relaxed silhouette looks more natural on him than the ~sexy hyperfemme costumes he favors. RIP his original nose.

What's wrong with him? It's only called "The Coward's They" in his nanoscopic Twitter niche; of course an outsider would object to being called a coward and push back. But Choob is psychologically incapable of respecting other perspectives when he's decided that one way — his way — is the only good and right way. So better fritz out with nonsensical insults than admit that "they" is in most situations used with good intent.
Raphael, for one, is clearly coming at this with good intent. Just look at the kind of ally he is:

But many of them — like Princess Abs — are incentivized not to effect political change so much as convert outrage into personal influence, so I suppose it's worth it by their selfish calculations to repel normies in exchange for more cultish fans.
