Pretty much every post by Tombone here ends with him claiming to be leaving the Farms forever. But just like all the other trannys this place covers he's addicted to attention and knows that if he really did leave nobody would pay attention to him.
Well, that's not completely accurate. I'm sure the FBI and the local police pay attention to Tommy and are probably counting down the days until he finally chimps and they can throw his grimy ass in prison. Or until somebody digs up enough dirt on him to finally put him away for pedophilia.

This speaks volumes to how repugnant Tommy is as a human being.
Here are the Rainbows saying "We take in everyone, we try to love everyone, we will be your family if you lose yours for any reason. We will give those who have nothing a place to belong, because life is a trip and we're all just along for the ride".
And then when these people don't meet his ever-shifting and exacting demands, what does Tommy do? Does he say "Thanks, friends, but my path lies somewhere else, thank you for the memories, I'm sure we'll meet again someday."?
Hell no. He calls the FBI. He fucks them over the hardest way he knows. He names names and plays his donated sax while harnessing the system he claims to hate in order to destroy those foolish enough to call him friend and brother.
He is worse than any simple drainbow. He's complete scum. If hippies were violent like bikers he'd be beaten, or worse, for snitching. But they are hippies, so he's safe.
Tommy is a predator who preys on those who wont fight back: dogs, travelling peaceniks and child runaways. Based on his publicly and proudly admitted actions he is a horrorcow and a horrible person.

I was rather confused for awhile as two whether he was supportive of the rainbow family for awhile. I thought he was still supporting them but he didn't like the freeloaders (like himself), now I understand I had it totally backwards? Or does he even know?

I have two theories. The first is that his opinion of them is constantly in flux. One day he is a rainbow, the next he's sueing them, and then he is one again, depending on both his audience and his mood. Is he talking to people likely to think rainbows are cool? That day he is one. Is he talking to police or trying to get sympathy from someone? Then he's not, and they are meanies who did him wrong.
The other thought is that there are groups within the rainbows that he identifies with and favors, and others he narcs on.
Both these could be true at the same time, too.

Anyone notice that Tom hasn't made a single comment here today, but continues to lurk and read things that he's tagged in? I think he knows that his spamming crap isn't gonna work too well and that he needs to put more effort into his own comments if he wants attention. There are multiple factions within the Rainbow Family, so there's always a group to be at war with and there's always a new group to which you can attach yourself if the philosophy of your current group becomes inconvenient or if people get sick of your shit and freeze you out. So yeah, you could be totally at odds with any given faction - or even all of them - and still claim to be a Rainbow.
He's not one of the original Rainbows, despite claiming to be one of their historians and an unofficial spokesman. By his own admission, he didn't even attend one of their gatherings until the late 1990s.

I think that Tommy likes to have ambiguous and anonymous groups to claim as both having participated in and having as an adversary. This allows him to claim proximity to "greatness" without ever having to be concerned with burden of proof or actually having to do anything. You have to understand his persona to really appreciate it. He likes to appropriate things and apply them to himself either to justify eschewing basic human responsibilities, hygiene, cleanliness, working for a living, etc.
There is a reason Tommy tells stories about how inept Gates and Dell were in college, suggesting Tommy is smarter but a victim, using his proximity to their greatness rather than actual involvement in things they did. Same goes for the Rainbow Family. Everything he has proximity to has no fixed record to refute his claims.....

It appears that Tommy got into some trouble on his birthday a few years back. He got arrested for a disturbance in his own home and spent his birthday in jail. His lack of birthday wishes on his Facebook wall pushed him to get emo and talk about wanting to die.
