Okay as an aktual scientizt I am allowed to make some speculations based on this limited data from only one clinic and one population.

1. To be fair, this could mean that the clinic is targeting teens and children specifically thus their patients are mostly teens and rarely people who are older.

2. It could also mean that in this specific population of people in this specific area that gender dysphoria drops 10 fold after age 18+.

3. Or it could be both

The given data set basically shows a perfect bell curve. This could be misread as a right skewed histogram but in reality since it comprises of 18+, it is truly a highly left skewed histogram which means (the mean is larger than the mode) aka the average occurrences are not balanced to how often something occurs. This is why you see a large spike in mid to late teens then it almost going to nothing. This is what is called a negative correlation, so in this context can be read as "after late teen years a person significantly is less likely they are to seek gender specific treatment at this clinic."

Dudes who are endowed like that are actually embarrassed and encumbered by it, you know, after the honeymoon phase. I've never used one but I see several problems with she-wees:
- the stream is not pressurized, it will drip
- more of the genital area will be wet with piss than when urinating normally
- if the pants are up with only the device sticking out, all the remaining piss will soak into the underwear (and pants) when the device is removed - gross
- if the pants are down, there's more risk of getting piss onto them when not using a urinal or toilet bowl
- the device will need cleaning afterward; if placed into the case without cleaning it first, piss will get all over the outside of the device
- rinsing the device in the handwashing area, where other people wash their faces, is gross and can incite outrage; it will out the user as a troon in the men's
