I think he actually has had surgery, or plans to. He said something about it in an old interview, if memory serves. The thing is that he just keeps spouting increasingly insane and contradictory rhetoric about the nature of transsexuality and how he's both a real woman and a tranny at the same time that it gets hard to tell.

It is entirely unimportant whether or not the person has had genital reconstruction. Medical science isn't at the point where it is a meaningful process to undertake, it is simply a money sink for the insane. This person has already transitioned, they live full time as a woman and have for some time, so in the eyes of mental professionals and the law they are 'Post Transition'. However if there's not a diagnosis of dysphoria, they are just a cross dresser and non of these labels apply to them whatsoever

Dysphoria as I understand it, is a creeping feeling they get when forced to dress or behave in a way that doesn't fit their mental identity. Probably akin to cognitive dissonance in feeling. It's not just about the genitals as some seem to say.

So, if it's not Dysphoria, then what's the drive, or the feeling driving you to be a woman? You take drastic steps to alter your appearance to a stereotypical feminine one, so, there needs to be something driving those efforts.

I like the fact that gender dysphoria ( or " syndrome de Benjamin " in french ) is a so powerful disorder that the person need to have ALL is body become the gender he his not at birth ( when I say all, I meen the genital too ), and for Labelle it's just " oww nuw u have a gurl penus" and tadaaa you are a woman .
