Nora, thanks for letting us know we're hitting a nerve, Means on some level you understand our criticism of your behavior is valid and that you have a problem you need to address, and you feel shame because we discovered just how much you've tried to run from that problem.

Problem is, were not going to stop looking, and you can't legally compel us to so long as the information is what you publicly revealed of your own free will, so you have two choices: shit yourself and cry while we go over your sordid past in intimate detail, knowing that even if you delete fucking everything of your past indiscretions revealed so far you can't erase the evidence because we are meticulous about saving evidence, or you can come to the end of yourself, realize you are the source of your own fuckups, act like an actual adult, and improve yourself in a positive way for once.

Either option is fine by me.

The most amazing thing is that if she'd just stop digging, this period of her life could become just a slightly embarrassing footnote. She's not alone in launching late. She's not alone in making an idiot of herself for a "cause". She's not alone in picking bad hills to die on. She's not alone in struggling to find her feet in the face of physical/mental illness.

This could truly be a time she looks back on in 5 years, cringes a little bit and says "well that sucked". Her future doesn't have to resemble her present in any way. Whether or not it does is entirely up to her, and she just keeps doubling down.
