This must be one of my favorite reoccurring Chibi patterns: How he consistently frames his relations with others as friendships to deceive others and convince them that he is not a brain rotten sex pest and antisocial loner. Maybe this is even self soothing to him.

I imagine he's too afraid to do that. He feels proud of himself when he cooks and can't book a hotel room properly. I seriously doubt he can muster up the courage to do something as "adult" as paying for sex.

I think this might even be both ways here. Chibi signaling to collect bonus points from the pronoun crowd and that ethot putting pronouns to widen her available audience. Both pretending to each other for personal gain and brownie points. I start to actually believe that this non binary shit is a social construct.

I was definitely friends with him in 2017. I'll be completely honest, that comment in the AMA was entirely passive-aggression. Or maybe not-so-passive-aggression, lol, I was being messy/petty. I'm fairly certain that was during one of our fallouts. It was around the time that he started dating Jay again after all the drama she caused.

HarpoonCannon. He was/is a speedrunner for years. Was really active in Ocarina of Time. Really chill guy, not into drama at all which is why I'm fairly certain he keeps a wide berth from Chibi. They are/were good acquaintances but I never got the impression they were all that close beyond like...a friend you see at events or interact with on Twitter.* Chibi has a habit of making relationships to be more than they are. Like he'll hang out with someone once and if it goes well they're "really good friends" and if someone is talking to him frequently "best friends!" He called me his best friend in the world after like two months(?) of knowing him.

I don't know anything about Bouncey with Chibi, but just knowing Bouncey casually - he probably also kept his distance because Chibi is known to be pure drama and BB doesn't like drama.

Edit: though I will consent that Harpoon was pleasant to Chibi whenever they interacted and would occasionally pop in streams and stuff. But I still feel like this was more of a cordiality thing and Harpoon being a nice guy rather than him being a ride or die for Chibi.
