A few short years and they wont have to worry about going to conventions because AI will take over their jobs with the perfect voice for each character. They're also the last person I'd want to see at a convention. I'd rather meet artists and writers. You know, the actual people who create things.

A recent live AMA brought up the hate she's been getting for changing lines when translating and its brought a lot of attention to the crap she's been doing here, with this drama getting picked up now in Japan. She's been getting a lot more pushback from this online with people wanting AI to replace her and trying to get this in front of the Japanese studios. Stuff like modifying the original work to insert her political opinions and little jabs at the patriarchy, dumb shit like that.
When asked during the AMA vid above, she goes off on how all the women there are powerful, intelligent, beautiful women and that anyone who doesn't like their changes need to get laid. She's been calling anyone who pushes back for changing lines a nazi and going off on twitter.

I hope this picks up a lot of steam in Japan to the point where distributors can't ignore what entitled western faggots do to their work. No studio should give Funimation the rights to any goddamn thing after the last 10 years of allowing and even encouraging "script adapters" like Marchi insert their personal politics into scripts that don't call for it.
