How viable would it be for Ralph to go full outlaw?
He is in Mexico, which does have extradition, but also has a broken government and its unlikely either US or Mexican authorities will care enough about Ralph to bother with extradition.
My cursory analysis shows it would cost him the ability to enter the USA, the ability to see his son, and probably cause him some financial issues via whatever income streams the courts can get their hands on.
However, Ralph doesn't really care about his son. The only reason he had the kid, let alone claims to want to see him, is to prevent Jim, Josh, and the farms from calling him a deadbeat loser, but that happens anyway because he isn't fooling anyone.
Entering the USA is entirely unnecessary for Ralph, though in such a condition he may also lose function of his passport which would restrict international travel as well, so lets leave it at Ralph is stuck South of the Border. I hesistate to say Mexico specifically because it wouldnt surprise me one bit if he could work his way to other central and south American countries via their seemingly useless borders. No more Europe though.
For Ralph the real cost of not being able to enter the USA is not being able to do his dumb wrasslin and bowling events, and that may indeed be the one genuine downside for him in this whole thing. Yet even then it is not one without silver linings. First of all every time he's done one of those events its cost him more money than its made him and he's ended up trolled. By not doing them, assuming he can even afford them anymore, he would be saving money and not getting trolled at them.
The Financial issues are where I have the least insight. I suspect the courts could try to garnish his income, or seize his available property, and I'm sure Vickers would push them to do as much as they can. That said I also suspect that even Ralph could find some ways around that. Switch to an online dono website thats not in the USA for one, move as much of what he still has, if anything, to cash or an offshore account first, etc. In any case he doesnt have much money left to lose and he's going to lose it if he keeps fighting in the courts anyway.
On the other side of the coin, what would Ralph gain from going full outlaw?
Well for one he'd be able to say whatever he wants about anyone he previously couldnt talk freely about. That includes Faith and Adrian Blair. I'm sure the Gunt has a lot of pent up rage he could vent freely about those two in an outlaw hog scenario.
Second he would gain notoriety. I dont think theres any other internet celebrity who is an unashamed outlaw in defiance of the government of his home country quite like that. Ralph would be the first and could fully embrace the Outlaw brand. It would definitely help his viewership as people keep tuning in to see if he gets caught and/or faces any consequences. He'd be able to honestly say that he's not taking shit from the "corrupt" and "abusive" courts of the United States. He could be untouchable through typical legal channels, assuming I'm correct in thinking they wouldnt bother extraditing him.
Third, through that increase in attention, and assuming he can find a safe way to collect it, he'd almost certainly see a noteworthy increase in income. His paypigs will throw money at him to support his outlaw lifestyle. All the people who want to not give a shit about the law but are too pussy to actually do it would contribute so they can live vicariously through Outlaw Ralph.
To sum up, by saying FUCK YOU to the USA and its court system Ralph would trade access to his son, the USA, and some potential financial issues for Freedom to say what he wants without consequences, notoriety, and lots more money from said notoriety. I would even add integrity to the list in the sense that Ralph would be walking the walk instead of just talking the talk.
What do y'all think? Am I dead wrong on this or is it Ralph's only feasible path forward? His only alternative is to keep fighting in court which will just cost him more and more money since Vickers is fighting a war of attrition and Ralph can't change who he is.
