1. Those Obama-era regulations would not have applied to this train, even if they had stayed. If I understand correctly, Obama's hazmat rules did not include chemicals like vinyl chloride.
2. The train derailed because an axle overheated and caught fire, not because of a brake failure.
3. Trump has been gone for several years now. And so much for that "infrastructure package" the Dems keep bragging about.

Something's not right here because you'd think there'd be enough ammo, either real or fabricated, to deliver a broadside against the GOP to help prop up Biden.
