I don't think people appreciate just how pathetic YMS is. He doesn't regularly embarrass himself like other cows do but his whole existence is extremely embarrassing.

This guy fucked up his spine from watching movies 24 hours a day and fucked up his wrist from "typing" (read: wanking) too much.

He does online movie reviews for a living and gets years behind schedule then scolds himself for working too hard.

He gets fat and bloated from sitting around all day and drinking to excess.

He loses a bit of weight because he starves himself in order to get fucked up the arse by a black man, then shares absolutely skin-crawling nudes and says he is doing better than ever before!

He isn't very funny, he just makes me fucking uncomfortable.

Technical bits and making sure the film is "realistic" and "that would happen like that" doth not maketh a movie. My roommate and I would argue about this all the time.

Adum should've lost a shitload of credibility for revealing he doesn't even finish the movies he reviews sometimes. If you're gonna throw a 2 on a movie and then say you only watched 7 minutes of it, you shouldn't call yourself a film reviewer!!!! It makes me mad and is one of the reasons I had to stop listening to him for a bit.

I think he works well in Sardonicast since it's only one point of view but damn, there are times where he just forces his view onto IHE and Ralph. Sometimes the way they talk about movies, you would think these 3 schmucks have got to be some of the most miserable people on the planet. Like, the most important thing a movie should do is entertain. If you fail to ever be entertained because you have to prove how big brained you are by shitting all over something or nitpicking nothing issues, then you've already lost

One of his criticisms of the "Lovely Bones" basically boiled down to the fact he didn't think the afterlife existed. He was critiquing practically what was going on in basically heaven. I kinda checked out with him as a serious reviewer there.

This still gets to him to this day lol. Its totally fine if you walk out on a film because its truly terrible and not worth your time but at least have some have some mention of that in your "review". Yes Adam, when you give a review about a product most people assume that it has been thoroughly consumed. So when giving something a SPECIFIC NUMERICAL SCORE, its also safe to assume that you have taken everything about it into account so you can accurately form that score. Nobody had an issue with him not finishing a film, just say that you did and state your reasoning and impressions that made you leave. Of course when ever it comes back up he shrugs it off by sarcastically saying shit like "guess I can't be a film reviewer without finishing everything I watch haha," which is disingenuous and avoids the point of contention. As we know, its incredibly difficult for Adam to admit he makes mistakes so he has to double down on every fuck up.

Also you're right that Sardonicast is unlistenable and for a multitude of reasons. I still can't get over the fact that Ralph went behind Adam's back, logged in to the Sardonicast Youtube account just to edit out his own retarded take in the YouTube editor. Its clear that that podcast is like pulling teeth out for Adam when Ralph starts to talk.

It was the One Cut of the Dead episode where I'm pretty sure Ralph was shitting on it and Adam BTFOd him for his bullshit critique. He was so embarrassed by it that he cut it out without telling IHE or Adam. People didn't notice until they saw that the runtime for the episode got 10 minutes shorter, so Adam made a post on reddit and brought a lot of attention to it lol. Ralph also edited the episode on every platform he could and did it months after it was uploaded, which is fucking bizarre.

Honest to God I’m sorry if I sperged out a little bit in my last post. I just find it frustrating that this dude has always gone out of his way to be an absolute prick despite the massive support he gets from fans. For example, if you go to his stream, and pay to sub or donate, he will say “thank you” and the most mono tone not-give-a-fuck voice I’ve ever heard. That’s some DSP shit. Like bro. People that actually go out and work real jobs are paying their hard earned money out of the kindness of their heart to show respect for his content. I just find it flat out disrespectful. He had the exact same reaction when I complimented him on his recent album. “which for the record I actually do think is phenomenal. Regardless of what I think of him.”

This whole furry thing where he tried to actually justify sex with animals, though? Fuck no. I’m honestly surprised he doesn’t catch more flack over that. If it was anybody else their career would be done.

I've watched a couple of Adam's (~hour-long) videos where he was editing the first part of the Lion King 2019 review. I can say that I do appreciate how he points out details that would have otherwise been overlooked, such as audio peaking or audio engineers reusing 20 year-old vocal takes and attempting to pass it off as new. I assume, however, that this level of detail is the exception and not the norm, considering how his other videos (disregarding his quick reviews) have inconsistent quality regarding detail.

Other long-form movie reviewers such as Mauler or GamingMagic13 respectively put out multi-hour movie review videos, or break down movie scenes to explain in-movie inconsistencies/contrivances. However, Mauler consistently uploads long reviews (as opposed to Adam taking years to finish a single 2 hour-long review) and has the decency to finish the movie before tearing it apart.

I think that Adam not quite respecting his donors stems from taking them for granted in a sort of way? He doesn't have an actual job (as far as I'm aware), so the value of money isn't really impressed upon him.
