So basically, there are some crossdresser fags out there who take their desire to crudely crossplay as their anime waifus one or more steps further. First, they acquire these creepy skinsuits, oftentimes with shapewear included, to cover their leg hair and shit, and then they either make or buy these creepy "kigurumi" masks. Many of which are one piece, and lockable. (i.e. there can often be a whole BDSM factor into this!) And ta-da, sweet hot big titty anime goth chick.

Look up "#24hrskigchallenge" on Twitter if you wanna see some of the best of it. IIRC the current record for most time spent contiguously in a kigurumi cosplay is some Russian fag named "hikarinaka", at 60 hours.
