Diseased Rowling Derangement Syndrome - "TERF/Woke Author Bad!!1"

It's fucking Bongland, I wouldn't put it past them. In Canada, they already would have caved. In Germany too, for that matter, because our governments since Kohl always have been full of cucks.
You've not been paying attention. Institutions here are - very slowly, I'll grant you - winding back the troon bullshit. The NHS is ending unquestioned transgender "treatments" for kids and is starting to draw back on use of troon-friendly propaganda as training materials. Gender-critical beliefs have been ruled as protected beliefs under the equalities act, meaning that people can't be fired or discriminated against for stating the truth about trannies. Nicola Sturgeon just blew up her entire career and had to resign as SNP leader, after trying to use troonery as a wedge to force another independence referendum; it thrust the whole package front and centre and showed people just how far things had gone while they weren't paying attention. The government has repeatedly refused to give more privileges to the trannies. Even the Labour party is starting to quiet down about transgenderism, at least outside of the Corbynist rump.

>JK had been thinking about raping her for decades before writing her
JK Rowling said:
I’ve been in the public eye now for over twenty years and have never talked publicly about being a domestic abuse and sexual assault survivor. This isn’t because I’m ashamed those things happened to me, but because they’re traumatic to revisit and remember.
JK Rowling said:
I spent much of Saturday in a very dark place inside my head, as memories of a serious sexual assault I suffered in my twenties recurred on a loop. That assault happened at a time and in a space where I was vulnerable, and a man capitalised on an opportunity.
Somehow I doubt JK Rowling thinks rape is funny or something to wish on other people.

>not a very good representative of an actual shofar
this has probably never crossed their minds, but maybe it's not intended to be one?

>If you only knew how hilarious things are going to be for women.
Seriously, there is some quite concerning linguistic shit going on to erase women from existence. FLINTA, for instance, is pushed here in Europooristan heavily by the ivory tower inhabitants as an acronym to normalize and equalize troons at the expense of biological women. For now women keep that F (lol), but I don't think for long. This is all so crazy and mindboggingly stupid I suspect a reactionary plot to put women back into their place by subverting their movements and causing incredible drama.
I would agree if not for the fact that a majority of trans activists and their celebrity benefactors are women. It boggles the mind.

Nearly every attempt at getting gay men to like tranny cock or pre-op trannies is met with claims of ex-gay therapy. Furthermore, a significant minority if not majority of gay man like twinks while the Troon movement has been slowly eroding that subgroup by trying to transition them.
If you don't like the girl dick you're transphobic and if you do like the girl dick you're a chaser. There's literally no acceptable way to be gay according to them.

They go to the city from N.K.Jemisin's version of the story where perpetual happiness is created by brutally killing everyone who accidentally learns that racism exists and it is treated not as horrible, but as worthy of celebration. And I did not make a mistake, the ultimate crime is learning that racism exists, not being racist.
@Boston Brand ? Do you have bookscan numbers for this particular hate crush of yours? Everything to her name because I’m curious about how much of her publishers’ money that she’s wasting.

Interesting. Thanks for the clarification. That's at least something, the issue here is largely that god knows how many kids have been scared by this crap, and the political class and their bootlickers - in true democratic fashion - will evade punishment for allowing any of this to happen.

I thought that was more realistic. I don't think trannies would be content to turn themselves into a true and honest cis woman, then all the special-ness of being trans is gone. All of them solely have "trans" as a personality so I feel like "I am obviously a man but you have to pretend I'm a woman lol" is accurate.
In a fictional world where it is trivial to change one’s biological sex, the specific troon identity of “clap your hands if you think I’m a woman!” would never have come into existence in the first place. Unless there were some strong limitations about how and when you could change sex

Trans identity was invented in stages - initially just for the people who’d had sex changes, then broadened to include people who might want a sex change, then later broadened to include people with any genderweird feelings whatsoever.

But all of these people gravitate to trans identity as a cope for the fact that can’t actually be a different sex. Remove this constraint from a fictional setting and the need for trans identity goes away too. There would just be ‘women’, with no real need to distinguish them semantically from the ones that used to be men. Unless the spell/potion still left you with a dick or something.

I mean to be perfectly fair Sirona wouldn't actually exist irl. I highly doubt there were many troons in 1890. But yeah you're also right. I would love it if magic is not able to permanently disguise you as something you're not/you cannot grow parts you never actually had

I will never understand why woke weirdos are obsessed with Tony Blair of all people. Nothing says progressivism more than invading an innocent country that had nothing to do with 9/11 and opening up the flood gates for the most homophobic people on the planet, immigrants to the UK. That causes a spike in anti-LGBT hate crimes in Europe. If you were against Brexit, blame Tony Blair for souring the average citizen on the EU.

Troons did more damage to the LGBT movement than BLM damaged race relations in America. Super aids would've done less damage to gay acceptance than Troondom.
It's very straightforward. I'll caveat this with the fact I'm a Labour voter I was retarded enough to vote Lib Dem in 2010

Tony Blair defeated NASTY EVIL THATCHER WHO IS BASICALLY VOLDEMORT nobody cares about John Major and also he was the last Prime Minister before the DEATH EATER CONSERVATIVES GAINED POWER nobody cares about Gordon Brown.

Most millenials and zoomers have only really been proper adults under a Conservative government, so look back to their (Blair) childhood as happy days.

We laughed in the Sideshow thread when troons cheered the closing of the Tavistock Centre. "It's part of our plan", they said, thinking closing a specific trans youth centre meant youth trans centres would open in every GP.

Now Sandyford has closed, there's basically nowhere in the UK for under 18s to go to get transed, thanks to waiting lists. The "this is good, actually" crowd have done a 180. I'd like to take a moment to tip my hat to my special interest, PhilosophyTube, who has spent a lot of time railing against "segregated healthcare".

Homosexuality: There's actually a lesbian character Nora Treadwell, the old lady near the lake. She doesn't volunteer this information, but if you ask about the name she mentioned, she says it's "her wife". So, pretty Pozzed given the time period.

British empire diversity: There's not one, but TWO (and possibly more) east Asian characters: Mr Josh Gladwin Moon, who's Korean and Professor Chiyo Kogawa who's Japanese. I don't think the British Empire had much interaction with Korea or Japan at the time. It would actually make more sense to have a Chinese character or two, given the opium and tea trading and all that. Moderately Pozzed.

I watched Null's stream of the game and Gladwin Moon implies he spent his childhood in Korea. No other context. But since he has a Britbong accent I assume he was brought over when he was fairly young.

The diversity is very modern yet the movies, which take place much later, are far less diverse. Of course, we were told, in terms of text descriptions anyway, that Hermione can totally be black because curly hair. And that being pale from fright is just a saying.

I mean, you can imagine the characters anyway you want. Your version of the books might be more diverse than the movies. But the movies had that insistence of everything being very very British.

Also, since you can make your character look like any race it might look weird if you were the only POC at Hogwarts. And I think they were just trying to keep the diversity police at bay. Hence the tranny, the lesbian and all of the race potpourri.

wow, for $60 i'm getting a cool wizard game AND i'm funding the knife violence epidemic in the UK? i haven't seen this much value since the Orange Box.
There’s actually an old Midnight Beast song from 2012 based on the premise of “what if knife crime was Harry Potter wands?”. Thanks for reminding me of its existence as it is nostalgic content.
Homosexuality is actually in the game apparently. A random npc woman that starts you on the Merlin trials will casually mention her wife if you go through the dialog options. That was not legal in Britain at the time but maybe wizards have their own marriage laws, or the "wife" became one after marriage. Who knows.
IIRC Lesbianism technically wasn’t illegal in Victorian times. Like, they couldn’t officially get married or anything like that, and people were still really homophobic and discriminatory towards them, but there was never a law specifically banning it. The law against homosexuality originated in 1533 and only applied to men.

I still don't understand how a setting where nurses routinely reshape bone and where you can literally turn yourself into someone else with a potion smart middle schoolers can brew in a bathroom stall... doesn't have a spell/potion that outright just genderbends you permanently. Or at least something you cast on your throat in the morning to disguise your croaky man-voice.

The joys of a franchise that was finished over a decade before the plague of troons washed over the world, I guess.
Polyjuice Potion is tricky and costly to make, fren, and people were paranoid over its use when Voldemort made a public reappearance that coming up with passwords was strongly recommended.

Meanwhile, in the actual normal real world , JK Rowling keeps on winning 🏆

Shame that the story isn't very good. But then there isn't much to be lost in adaptation so a move can be an actual improvement.
It would be more fun if Radcliffe and all those actors who were shit-talking Rowling were not invited to respire their roles. It takes place long after the last book so they should be easy to replace.

Trannies finally having a real woman experience, not having any "trauma" cared about by people who said they do!
They are finally learning what we've been telling them for a long time:
All the “validation” you get is two-faced and half-hearted. Behind your back people mock you.

Let's be honest, the fuck else have they done since?

Emma Watson had that shit Beauty and the Beast remake, Rupert Grint is basically a non-fucking-factor and Daniel Radcliffe? What's he done? Fucking Guns Akimbo? Equus?
