It's weird how I end up coincidentally listening to something semi-on-topic. I'm listening to an interview of someone saying how their transitioning, and the estrogen is accompanied by an anti-androgen. The anti-androgen used in Canada for this is the same as what they use to chemically castrate people in the UK.
So, I think it's Billy's incredibly bitchy way of saying "Fuck you guys for knowing what hormones are and what they do. Cis guys had better fuck me now." I mean, most everyone in this thread has mentioned the effects of various hormones, after all.

I doubt most people think of SRS primarily as sterilization, although that is a consequence. What a strange fixation on Labelle's part, to focus on what doesn't exist after surgery rather than what does exist. But then again she is an incredibly negative and hostile person so I guess it's in line with her character.

Agreed, Sophie just insulted people who get SRS. They aren't doing it to get sterilized, they are doing it because they have lower-body dysphoria.
She's also implying that people who get the surgery don't want to have kids--Sophie has bragged that she can have kids--either she still has her girldick (oh, sorry, her penis-shaped clitoris) or has put away sperm (but given what she preaches in her comic, she still has her dick) so that makes her a worthier mate than people who have SRS.
You can still have children if you have lower-body surgery, by adopting, so she's insulting tran.speople who adopt kids as well.
