I'm not entirely sure why the Department for Education. Brianna's school is an academy, which means they don't have to follow the national curriculum. I guess something around safeguarding? According to the Ofsted reports they'd improved all their student pastoral care stuff, there's not much else the DfE can do.

They don't know how to mix and match clothes and use things that no woman would use on a daily basis.
