The one Bouzy "created" asked for passport photos during account creation so I can just imagine what others asked for. From what I've seen Twitter wants to get rid of the old 2fa system as it was easy to phish and try something else to better protect the user. Of course anti-Twitter/ Musk people would come up with this sort of bullshit and the Left believe it. Doesn't help that there were issues with it in November. Plus they had removed the 2fa support for google voice back in December. Not sure if that's still the case but seeing as how bots use that for new accounts I can see why it was removed.
