Huh, Mr. Wasserberg and I actually agree on something: it is rather 'optimistic' to think he'll have a successful lawsuit against us.

I think that's a combination of being throttled, the eventual need for sleep, and that he's doing batshit crazy stuff elsewhere.
 
Tommy is either mentally ill or defrauding the government by accepting disability payments based on a false diagnosis. He claims it's a false diagnosis, hence he is defrauding the government.

To clarify, Tommy is on disability for diagnosed mental illness, something he claims to be incorrect.

I thought his schtick was "I was diagnosed with mental illness but it really turned out all those symptoms were caused by me being tranny". Fortunately for Tommy, his own opinion of whether he's mentally ill or not doesn't determine his entitlement to benefits.

I think it's pretty clear that Tommy suffers from significant mental problems and is likely close to if not over the line where he should be committed involuntarily/locked up/sterilized/euthanized (depending on the country/locality).

On the off chance he can control it or is faking, he's a fraud. If not a fraud, he's suffering from significant mental illness.

Speaking of Tom, I haven't seen him post at all today, though I think a break from his posts was needed anyway. I'm dying to hear more stories about him from other possible contacts.

I think it's just as likely that he's plain-old mentally-ill. There's evidence that he suffered some sort of general breakdown in his mid-to-late 20s, which is within the time frame that schizophrenia usually shows up. Believe me -- plenty of Rainbows, hippies, "artists", and other fringe-dwellers are drug-free loonies.

Yeah, the 1980s seem to be when his life went to hell in a handbasket. He references psych admissions and arrests from that time and also losing his career. It also seems to be that period where he developed antagonistic relationships with some factions of the Rainbow Family.

His posts suggest he was diagnosed with bipolar disorder at one point - he mentions agreeing to take lithium. It may have been an inaccurate diagnosis, but it suggests a psychotic disorder of some type. It also reads like he's been subject to community treatment orders in the past.
