Glue for fistulas

To be clear, I am not planning to glue my ballsack back together, I am just curious about the possibility.

I have a pinhole fistula in the front of my scrotum. The wound is the size that if it were on my hand or arm, I wouldn’t think twice about using superglue to seal and immobilize it so it can heal. I have found some studies about the use of surgical glue to fix urethral fistulas and it seems like a viable option. The only big risk I can think of would be getting glue inside the urethra. I haven’t heard anyone mention gluing small fistulas closed so I was wondering if anyone knows anything about it. It seems like such a simple and useful solution.

but oh my god everything these days seems to be made of plastic and glue- quality has declined so much in every aspect: appliances, vehicles, mcmansions, power tools, etc NOTHING seems to last. Are we really gonna start GLUE-ing body parts together, maybe even use some spray adhesive or tape why dont you. Ive got a spray can of 3m adhesive for my shitty rental vinyl floor stickers that peel up occasionally, maybe I should donate that to some poor saps medical gfm. Christ. Its one thing to use super glue on a clean cut in emergencies but damn if you can afford surgically altering your genutals just make sure you can afford a follow up with your doc???

There was discussion before about why the arm is used instead of somewhere like the thigh, I think this is pretty good response to that question. When using the thigh I guess the width can't be helped but did they have to make it so long? Did the manlet request this length?
