I would bet my entire portfolio that Pat has zero clue about securities beyond the meager pension he has from his supposed insurance job. We saw his literal copy+paste of Investopedia (literally the first Google result) when someone asked him a question about shorting.

A little tell of Pats I've noticed is that he becomes terse in his replies when he's lying. One example is that he omits "I"; instead of "I started shorting Tesla months ago" he just put "started shorting it months ago." He does this when he gets cornered about his BS in text conversations too. It's like he has a subconscious guilt to put "I" when writing out what he knows is a lie. Or he's learnt the hard way that his 1.2 GPA brain gets itself into shit when it babbles too long when trying to lie.
