Granted it's been a while since college psychology classes and I'm far from an expert, but doing some preliminary reading I'm seeing that ODD is extremely comorbid with ADHD (40%) and is present in as many as 2-11% of kids. I don't think that at all matches what you're saying here, rotating in and out of the prison system.

Granted, I don't know who I'm talking to so you might be an expert for all I know and I'm absolutely speaking as a layman poking fun at fatty, but curious if you can elaborate a bit more.
