Jaron Seth Bloshinsky / Jazz Jennings / I Am Jazz - Puberty Blockers: Not Even Once

Is there an episode on "Death from Matricide Because You Trooned Your Child Out"?
Unfortunately, 1000 Ways to Die aired long before the current troon "movement". Closest I can get ya is #217 Suck Her Punched. Can't find an upload of this, so I linked the Fandom article.

eta: found the full episode it's featured in, but it costs $1.99. 1000 Ways to Die has a rather limited internet presence and most of it's behind a paywall. Will gladly share the episode if anyone knows how to download purchased YouTube content.

Griffen is also thirsting for his mother's attention and approval and love since it was all sucked up by Jazz their entire lives. He, too, in his more subtle and successful way, is trying to please her with his stealth advocacy in the legal profession. Maybe Ari had enough years as the only princess daughter to give her personality and ego a firmer foundation.

I'm not sure. I may be completely off-base about this (so people who actually understand child psych please correct me) but iirc Jaron was born when Ari was 5. I think it's less that Ari was a "princess" who had to share her throne, than that she was just a normal eldest daughter and therefore expected to play the role by her parents.
Going a bit further, the amount of times we se Jeanette talking about how Ari "was a princess" makes me think that she's trying to excuse her behavior. (e.g. "It's fine I give Jazz all this time and energy. It's her turn. Ari already had her time as the center of attention.") If Jazz had been born Jazz, and not Jaron, it would be a lot more obvious to everyone that he was just a spoiled baby-of-the-family, but because Jaron was born male they can spin it all as "trans child needs special attention."

I wouldn't generally piss on anyone's chips for trying their best at a run, but for a fit and active young man you'd expect a time comfortably inside 2 hours.

After his last run at the Hollywood Beach HM in May 2022, to only shave 4 minutes off his personal best is poor. You'd expect big improvements over 9 months as you go from fun runner pace to accomplished hobbyist.

After 34 years as a couch potato, I got a PB of 1:27 after putting in the effort over a few years of lifestyle change.

Sander having to waste a medic's time after plodding along for 2 hours is embarrassing. I accept that a HM in Florida will be considerably hotter than my PB in Wilmslow, but this is still something you'd expect from someone who prepared with a 2 mile jog the week before and woefully underestimated running an actual HM.

Presumably, troons will be able to cite Sander's results as proof that biological men have no discernible advantage over women in sport.

9 minutes 10 seconds per mile is not a bad pace for a race of that length. I give him a one-handed clap of acknowledgment.

Sorry for the double post, but:
Wouldn’t it be great if Greg was having an affair with a young paralegal down at the office, and Jeannette found out? The narc rage would be spectacular.

Greg Jennings has been a silver fox for a while, lookswise.

Too bad that personality wise he's the type of man to sit in the closet and fapcry while his wife fucks other guys.
He’s definitely better looking than his 3 sons.

The most important thing here is that Greg can kick all of their sons' butts. Just look at him. They all got their bad genes from Jeanette's side.

That or the dynamic between them is different as Ari's also a woman.

I've never heard anyone but Ari call Ari a "princess."

In an early interview (in one of the documentaries), she admitted she enjoyed being the only daughter/girl/princess and wasn't eager to share the role with Jazz until it was "explained" to her that Jaron would kill himself otherwise.

What I'm saying is...

Yes, Ari was five, and your personality is formed by the age of five, according to traditional developmental psychology. Hence, Ari was already herself/okay/intact. The twins, not so much.

I’m all for tradwifes, but the Jennings’es are really solid proof of kids needing a father and a masculine presence.

I guarantee-fucking-tee you that they would have been less fucked up, much more emotionally secure and wouldn’t constantly fight for Jen’s approval, if their dad had been there more when they were little.

Heck, Jazz might not have trooned out either.

Just watched episode 5. A rundown:

-Opens with scene from last episode where Jazz is having an anxiety attack before the date. I mean he’s mostly just standing there and saying he’s nervous, but eventually goes and meets Yash. It’s quite uneventful. Yash is a little cringey and reminds me of a Redditor but he’s nice enough even if there’s no real chemistry. Jazz comes across as a teenager. He also reveals he’s going back to Cambridge in 10 days so I’m not sure what the point is? They have a drink, play cornhole, and talk outside until they both run out of things to say and just stare at each other in silence. Jazz still prefers this date to the last one and hopes Yash will kiss him. He never offers. They go home. Jazz sends him a text to thank him for the date. Yash responds cordinally the next day but Jazz and co. decide he’s not trying hard enough so he must not be interested.

-TLC being typically cheap and uninteresting sends the whole family (grandparents included) to do yoga with goats. Jazz is manspread in the middle seat and looks absolutely massive compared to each grandparent beside him. It’s a boring scene. Instructor is just some guy who raises goats and half-asses some basic stretching exercises while the goats piss, shit, step on, and hump people. No one can even pretend to be having a good time for the cameras.

-Jazz goes to dog park with his two actually female friends. Apparently they’re friends since childhood but you just don’t get that vibe or sense of closeness at all. It’s just a setup for Jazz to admit he wants to drop out of school. It’s cushioned in softer language but seems like he’s made up his mind.

-We jump to picking classes for Harvard. Naturally this is a family affair because Jazz is too anxious and unsure to do it himself. Jeanette tells the camera that all her other kids were able to do this independently. As Jazz is bemoaning how hard it is at the dinner table Jeanette just stares resentfully with a hand on her chin. The whole scene is quite pathetic and I can’t imagine what other 21 year old Harvard students would think.

-Next, Jazz and Jaclyn go “queer” speeddating. Without skipping a beat, Jaclyn tells Jazz in his best vocal fry “omg I’m going to miss you…I’m also so excited for my upcoming breast augmentation!” and it’s totally gonna “‘enhance [his] dating opportunities.” I burst out laughing. I cannot imagine the normies watching this can convince themselves it’s normal to excitedly talk about cosmetic surgery in order to be your “true self.” Jaclyn casually hits two traffic cones while parking. “You know what they say! Trans girls can’t drive!” he giggles. I guess when he gets breasts installed they’ll have to revoke his license like a real girl teehee!

-TLC has found a strange group of people, most of whom are far too old for Jazz, to do their “sexually fluid speeddating.” Jazz tells the camera he’s nervous because he’s never been speeddating before. As a certified Jazz historian I was a little offended by this blatant lie. We all remember Speed Dating in the Dark with megatroon Noel.

Jazz talks to two self-proclaimed models and an alternative chick in a band. So everyone has a little something to promote. The weirdest conversation is the first one. Some wonky-eyed, bald, Andrew Tate doppelganger introduces himself. Before Jazz can even say his own name, he blurts out “How old are you?” He’s 35. But it takes Jazz a few questions to get it right due to his thick accent. Jazz looks visibly repulsed.

After everything, Jazz gets a confessional about maybe liking girls and maybe he should explore dating women. Jazz has claimed to be “pansexual” for years, but seems very hesitant to admit he might like women. Hope he won’t miss his dick too much. “Maybe I just don’t like men…haha no I’m just kidding” he tells the confessional camera.

In another bit where it’s hard to see the editing as anything but laughing at and not with Jazz. He puts on some awkward affected voice to try to make a joke to Jaclyn. Don’t even remember the joke except it was awkward and went on way too long. Jaclyn completely stonefaces Jazz, not even a pity “ha.”

Episode ends with Jazz finally telling his parents that he’s considering not going back. They’re upset. Jeanette tells Jazz he has no backup plan and Greg says he should consider how lucky he is to have the chance to attend Harvard. Jazz says he already has a job as an activist.

Previews for next week show Jazz getting some kind of death threat at Harvard. Feels as contrived as all the other threats he’s received over the years. They’re going to do some kind of trans match. Editing attempts to cut scenes together to make it look like something really dramatic happens but pretty sure it will just be boring. I think it’s the season finale?

Lol! It seems that Greg and Jeanette have already forgotten that Harvard was really their dream and not Jazz’s. And that the poor kid took so badly to the place that he had a nervous breakdown.

But sure… Keep pushing. When Jazz finally ropes himself, you can always play the tranny card.

Seems that Jazz is starting to realize that his attraction is just that of a normal straight male.

(As have been mentioned by some of us here before, he only ever seems interested romantically in women. To the extent that Jazz DOES feel attraction obviously.)

Jazz should probably start to find a drug or alcohol to numb himself with.

Once he has been turned down by non-genderblob women the first half dozen times because they’re straight or attracted to men, he might start to put the puzzle pieces together… And might start to think unfortunate thoughts like: “Wonder if they would have said yes if I had a penis?” Or “Wonder if dating would have been easier if I was a guy”.

Or the real rope-thought: “I wish I was a guy!”

Jeanette tells the camera that all her other kids were able to do this independently.
I truly don't know what to think of this. Jeanette is almost hysterically overprotective of Jazz when he's living normal life as a young person, but she's like "nope, all my other kids were doing this on their own" about college. Actually, deciding what to do with your life for your future is such an important decision that I see no wrong on having that conversation with your parents for some guidance.

I suppose Jeanette is on denial about Jazz and Harvard: she still sees this as the best decision for him according to her own views, so any flaw on that decision is something she would rather not talk about? Jazz not knowing what to do is just a sign of him to have never felt comfortable there, remember he didn't want to go there, he's there because his mother wanted him to be. Now, she doesn't even feel comfortable helping him to decide what to do about it?

Previews for next week show Jazz getting some kind of death threat at Harvard.
Right. This is just the set up for Jazz to drop out of Harvard. "Oh, I don't feel safe". Sure...

I dunno how US college system works, but can he move to another college? Here you can, but it's a long process that also depends on whether there is place for you. As Jazz was accepted at Pomona, I suppose that'd be easier. Honestly, he'd be much happier there. It's gonna become more obvious that he hates Harvard.

I honestly think Jazz is just kind of lazy and doesn’t want to do any work. He’s not expressing a desire for a different kind of academic environment. Just spouting meaningless platitudes like “you don’t need a degree to be successful.” While that’s true, Harvard is at least gonna handhold him much more than other schools. If he drops out I don’t think he’s going to redirect his energy in a more positive way. I think he’ll just rot away under his parents’ roof.

As for being attracted to women, I’m still not sure. Again, who knows what Jazz is actually capable of feeling/experiencing. But at least on camera, the “connection” Jazz seems to be feeling with the women comes across as completely platonic to me. It’s still men, like Yash, that seem to get Jazz a little flustered and desiring physical intimacy. I also think back to the original psychic scene where he tells her he was a gay man in another life. Maybe he’s straight, but he might also just feel more at ease being a hen with women. Not sure to what degree Jazz is capable of romantic attraction. I think he just wants connection period. He’s sort of a public figure but is clearly has a deep well of loneliness/sadness.

Poor Jazz, in any case. It’s hard enough to have a strong sense of self at his age. And he’s not even allowed to talk about the one elephant in the room about why he feels so disconnected from himself.

Sander excited for dick-inspection day.

I'd be with you if the parents in this case weren't a dickless wonder and a wingless harpy.
Again I posit that Jeanette's behavior towards Jazz would be a lot more obvious if Jaron had been born female.

I dunno how US college system works, but can he move to another college?
Yes and no. You can transfer credits from one to another, but it's not guaranteed that all the work you put in will transfer from institution A to institution B. More basic than that, though, you have to go through the application process all over again.

Let's hope he never full realizes what have been done to him and that he could have been a normal straight man with a girlfriend/wife and kids.
