Meghan Markle has been 'upset and overwhelmed' by portrayal on 'South Park' episode: report - South Park Literally Said She Acts Like This, And She Goes And Acts In The Same Way

Meghan Markle is reportedly not too happy with how she's been portrayed on Wednesday night's episode of the adult comedy show "South Park" titled "The Worldwide Privacy Tour."

A source told The Spectator that Markle has been "upset and overwhelmed" by the episode's release and is "annoyed by South Park but refuses to watch it all."

Though the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were not directly named in the episode, it featured characters described as Canadian royalty and dubbed "the prince and his wife," which clearly parodied the couple. In the parody, the young royal couple beg for privacy while drawing attention to themselves in a spoof-like way.
The show also calls the "wife" character a "sorority girl, actress, influencer and victim," to which she replies, "Yeah, that's totally me."

The prince and his wife, who wears a dusty pink outfit that clearly resembled Markle's outfit for Trooping the Colour in 2018, also plug the prince's book — "Waaagh" — the cover of which strongly spoofs Prince Harry's bestselling memoir "Spare."
The episode is packed with jokes, innuendoes and thinly-veiled references, and it ruthlessly skewers Harry and Markle in traditional "South Park" style.

At one point during the episode, the prince and his wife make an appearance on the talk show "Good Morning Canada." The two walk in holding placards demanding privacy before sitting down to discuss the prince's new memoir.

During the talk show conversation, the host asks, clearly referring to Markle's former TV show "Suits" and career in Hollywood: "Isn't it true sir, that your questionable wife has her own TV show and hangs out with celebrities and does fashion magazines?"

He adds, "Well, I just think that some people might say that your Instagram-loving b---- wife actually doesn't want her privacy."

"How dare you, sir!" the prince shouts angrily. "My Instagram-loving b---- wife has always wanted her privacy!"
Royal commentator Neil Sean said that there could be legal ramifications due to the latest episode of the comedy show.

"Their legal team are casting an eye over the episode to see what is wrong, and what could be turned into something more sinister. This appears to be their course of action rather than laughing it off, enjoying the moment and showing the world that they get the joke," Sean wrote. However, he did note that the creators of "South Park" have yet to receive anything.

Granted it's because I don't watch TV and rarely do movies; but I didn't know who she was till she was engaged to Harry (you fuck up boy!) She wasn't royalty, and from what I understand she wasn't even a B-Tier Actress; so it's not like she grew up and lived in the protected bubble that people of affluence do. Also, you're an American citizen and pretend to be black, you should know ridicule in all its forms is part of the American culture. If you wanted protection, you should've fucking behaved and not pissed off the royal family and stayed in the UK.

They going to sue an American company in America for a parody?
I heard someone say, "What do they expect? To be able to extradite them [Trey Parker and Matt Stone] to Britain and lock them up in the Tower of London?"

If this doesn't absolutely scream "These two "royals" are absolute cluster B clusterfuck narcissists," I don't know what does.

I hate to break it to the royal attention whores, but here in America we have the First Amendment and parody for the sake of criticism is legally protected. Maybe if they really do want their privacy they should move somewhere, y'know...more private? Like some little Caribbean island or a small country in Eastern Europe?

The next South Park episode should be them moving to Durka-durka-stan where they can totally sue people to death because they aren't protected by those faggy free speech laws.

I found out recently that right before her meteoric rise to fame from Friends, Jennifer Anniston voiced an episode.
That episode is great cause at the very end you get to here her go on a very funny "Fuck the rain forest" rant.
I may be misremembering, but I vaguely recall that voicing Sparky was George Clooney's idea (something about not wanting to voice a human character but still wanting to appear as a guest star in an episode of SP).

Matt and Tray talked about it at one point, the joke was always that they got this huge heart throb to be on their show and it just him doing the barking of a gay dog. To his credit Clooney instantly got the joke and went along with it while apparently Clooney agent couldn't understand what was going on.

It's like the Matt Damon puppet from Team America. Puppet Matt Damon had actually lines like any of the rest but the puppet came back from the sculptors looking absolutely retarded so they did what they did. Damon would not have been happy if they didn't take the opportunity and he's said as much.

Hollywood is made up of douchebags, but some of the douchebags aren't total narcissists and enjoy a good joke even at their own expense.

The ones with no sense of humor that don't get that are the ones that react like Markle. You have to take your lumps and seethe quietly like Rob Reiner and his goo, his precious goo, or they come back hard.

Meghan Markle and Alec Baldwin’s dumbass wife are both complete lolcows. I follow subreddits about both of them, even though a lot of the content is just women screeching about how much they hate them. They’re both narcissistic grifters who scammed and latched onto celebrities that were so awful nobody normal would marry them.
Me too. Guilty as charged. Follow both as well. Hangs head down in shame.

Meghan Markle is a slut who slept her way to the Windsor, just like Diana Spencer -- but unlike Diana, she didn't have the decency to die.
The best part about that screenshot she picked is that in context, Harry opens her head up to look inside and it makes an empty-garbage-can noise:
(Sorry for the shit video, this is the only version I could find)

Oh yeah, that's right... either way I remember that George was keen (and did a great job playing Sparky).

Glad they're triggered and mocked, they needed to be brought down a peg.

I don’t know who’s advising these two but they’re doing a terrible job. The best thing is to ignore it. If you must put a statement out it’s lighthearted like ‘we haven’t seen it. South Park is pretty funny and goes for everyone and we are in the public eye, so I suppose that’s how things go. We appreciate the freedom of speech America has to offer,.’ Boring, bland, shows you’re not so bothered and a decent sport.
They could have done a lot worse - there’s a whole yacht girl storyline they could have used
