Second, even though his remarks are directed at Flo from Progressive, the joke is almost certainly about Rowling.

What does it mean? Well, on one level, the joke is that he's placing a large amount of significance on something said by an advertising mascot. On another level, the joke might be to portray Radcliffe as a hypocrite - to think that fans connecting with her world gives her carte-blanche to do or say whatever she wants - but I could be reading too much into it.

Given that Clickhole's former parent company The Onion has made similar swipes at the New York Times for its alleged transphobia, that second interpretation isn't out of the question. But it is worth noting that Radcliffe would never speak in such complimentary terms about Rowling - he's made a point to distance himself from Harry Potter, both for professional reasons (he doesn't want to be typecast) and political ones (he wants to be seen as a Good Ally).

Actually, come to think of it, the writer for Clickhole was probably unaware of that last part, and just wrote something they thought Daniel Radcliffe might say about the author who made him famous, then pulled a comedic switch-a-roo by making it about Flo. This simplest explanation for a joke is usually the correct one, but you are no less autistic for thinking it was real.
