I think the easiest explanation is she doesn't realize she has a Twitter account. It's just Pat.
Well maybe that accounts for the twitter parts but I still think my assumptions about how he behaves towards her are true.
I doubt he is brave enough to be violent but I think he is a manipulative emotional abuser of partners.
He might be fat, thick, arrogant, fat, delusional about himself, fat, patronizing, fat and under qualified, but stupid manipulative abusers can be possessed of a low cunning.
They often have enough self awareness to know that they are dumber than the average Joe, and figure out how to use that to their advantage.
In Fatrick’s case, I think he doesn’t have the self awareness, but mama Raven probably did a number on him.
Some of the most horrible little shits I have encountered have had parents who were in the field of psychology or therapy. Especially youth psychology or related.
Their own offspring seem to develop jealous behaviors and become manipulative, violent and able to twist other adults.
A lot of Fatrick’s behavior could be related to this.
The lying for attention, the insistence that he is a tough guy but a sci fi geek, the denial that he is fat, stupid, ill informed, poorly educated and lazy.
I also wonder if Fatrick might have developed this tough guy geek persona, prior to his first better wife leaving him.
I agree he might have upped the macho bull once she did as he felt so humiliated by PCJ.
The reason I wonder if it was a kind of thing for him before that as he strikes me too as the kind of geek kid who saw himself as the tougher one in a D and D club, who kept the mediocre bullies away.
Not the jocks or any proper cool kids, as they would have battered him or just not been bothered with picking on the nerds as long as they stuck to AV club.
I am thinking more the semi outcasts who picked on the most harmless to try to win acceptance from the jocks, criminal or other average kids.
This would also mean he would have to resort to some manipulation and dirty tricks.
Such as lying, grassing, setting them up and fabricating shit.
Maybe he could have seen off one or two when he and the geeks outnumbered them or just didn’t expect him to actually hit them or rage at them, but they could easily have jumped him on the school bus or walking home.
So the only way he could guarantee his own safety would have been to make sure there were deeper consequences if they hurt him.
That could also explain why he thinks “ Prison awaits aTalker”.
He got used to the comeuppance happening from teachers or, enemies being banned from the mall or arcade for “stealing”, even actual police visiting the school to tell off the boys who slapped him, so he now thinks that is the eventual result for anyone.
The thing I like best about following Fat is that he is such a messed up ball of cope, insecurities and self delusions, he is such fun to internet pop-psychoanalyze.
Ralph is not as complex, he is just a shitty person.
