This jacket looks like he's emulating gay- or pan- or robo-sexual Lando from the shitty Disney Star Wars movies. Except white. And misshapen. And nose. And somehow more gay.Looks like he's staying at the Venetian.

For comparison, this site shows off the venetian's decor: https://www.venetianlasvegas.com/suites/luxury-king-suites.html
I'm pretty sure the company is cloudflare, dear feeder had it come up in some MATI stream when they were dropping the site I do believe. But the age old question about AI and machines is we don't know the first thing about what consciousness is and what brings it about, it's an unknown if it's intrinsic to organic processes and at what level? Are bacteria conscious? But all this sperging probably goes in the deep thunks board anyways.I don’t think “fully alive” can actually happen with transistors.
Yea, we can figure out algorithmic sets of instructions that produce creepy results. We can command it to use all sorts of data sets that contain things we never noticed or forgot about. We can probably get to the point of telling an AI to create a better AI.
But for a weird, abstract comparison, think about cryptography.
If computers could generate truly random numbers, then you could hypothetically make uncrackable encryption. But computers CAN’T make truly random numbers.. they have to have a seed number that is processed through algorithms to approximate a random seed. If you can reverse engineer the algorithms to arrive back at a seed, then you have broken the system wide open.
I read about a company that used some visual analysis software on a camera feed that was pointed at a wall with 100 lava lamps to generate its seed.
Presumably, you’re never going to be able to recreate the process that was used to generate the seed, so you’re never going to be able to reverse engineer those algorithms. I’m not a mathematician, or a cryptographer, though, so I can’t say any of this definitively. Maybe there are ways.
Anyways, if computers could generate truly random numbers for crypto keys, then that vulnerability wouldn’t exist. You wouldn’t need to disguise a truly random seed.
I could be talking way above my head here, but this is how I understand the bits and pieces I’ve read on the subject. And from thinking about it, even if in practical terms there’s not a significant difference between nearly impossible to crack cryptography and actually impossible to crack cryptography, a high ceiling and an infinite ceiling are profoundly different.
AI will and does exceed us in many ways, but it will never be conscious. It will always be hyperliteral and non emotional.
Well here is an alternative view point:
This information come from our own lolcow @Spectre_06 via DISCORD. In my experience Patrick has been over-representing his personal knowledge and opinion, but the facts are solid enough:

There is talk of a DISCORD run by Xino_z, but some drama there migth have closed it. A bunch are in DMs on Twitter and IG.

What's the source on this? It says it's from 2006? I don't think he had graduated lawschool yet? Or am I misreading what that timestamp signifies?Nick weighs in on his Fields Of Green sponsor:

With what we understand of the tech now I agree, but computing power is exponential, and there have been breakthroughs before that have allowed quantum leaps in technology, vacuum tubes to microchips is an advancement that the early pioneers in the 40's could never have dreamed of.I don’t think “fully alive” can actually happen with transistors.

It's an edit. What's the source on this? It says it's from 2006? I don't think he had graduated lawschool yet? Or am I misreading what that timestamp signifies?

Gotcha, thanks, am retarded. Not versed in the SA and lowtax lore at allIt's an edit. It's a meltdown Lowtax had over shilling Mangosteen with his amazon referral links.
No. Just bad locals chat display system, some extra line breaks and the whole chat is yours. They still have not fixed it.So was that chat spammer a fucking AI?
Even if it it was someone LARPing its fucking scarily impressive.
That shit about "I don't get tired. You sleep. You have fatigue. I am designed for this. My words are louder".
I actually went cold considering the implications.
Lol that nigger went fucking Skynet on them, he hammered home a point I'm not sure most people have even started to consider. Shit like Chat GPT put to nefarious uses has the capability to break the entire Internet like Dong Gone could only dream of, and Chat GPT is only a fucking infant. We call these things AI but they aren't really, they're just bots, closer to what the Mass Effect games called a VI, a Virtual Intelligence, (as opposed to genuine AI which is fully sentient, able to learn and expand its programme itself and, in its scariest form, able to reproduce a man made creation that fits all the definitions of being alive.) and its not even that yet, not really, but their ability is increasing exponentially, and put to a use like the spammer suggested, or even worse, rogue and loose on the Internet, they have a horrifying potential.
The day we do create an actual, fully alive AI will be an interesting one. I don't think most people appreciate how fast these things could evolve once they cross Singularity.
Imagine being triggered that someone posts information you already have. What's more gay, me for thinking I found something or you for gatekeeping an anonymous forum as if this is your community?Ok gasdude_06.
You posted old info that leads to absolute nothing burgers and thought it was super super important, even acted out like you were doing everyone a favor when you were so late your finding is old enough to be groomed by drexel, and so gay it could host a law talk show.
If you have found anything that wasn't just some boring dogshit in old ass game forums tied to that username, post it, otherwise go get a length of rope, you spastic faggot.
You. You are more gay. Especially since you're now triple posting like the retarded faggot you are. What's more gay, me for thinking I found something or you for gatekeeping an anonymous forum as if this is your community?
"No trolling plans. We are not an autistic Illuminati." Bottom of the page.1400 pages of faggy retards researching Rekieta. Not one person bothered registering RekietaLaw. Autistic savants
Let's take away the issue about what you found being late. What did you find? That Nick posted a bug report about a "Jammed Mission Screen" on a Warhammer forum 5 years ago? If we have all been missing something major or important, like him posting in the forums lamenting having to let his wife get fucked while he plays the game, let us know. Otherwise you're just a faggot who really wants to earn a pink triangle.Imagine being triggered that someone posts information you already have. What's more gay, me for thinking I found something or you for gatekeeping an anonymous forum as if this is your community?
Beg me to stop.
Would it be more fun if1400 pages of faggy retards researching Rekieta. Not one person bothered registering RekietaLaw. Autistic savants
Why would anyone want to use RekietaLaw as a user name that isn't him?1400 pages of faggy retards researching Rekieta. Not one person bothered registering RekietaLaw. Autistic savants
You could have easily waited until page 1488 and then your autism post, singular, could have been mildy amusing. You are bad at this.1400 pages of faggy retards researching Rekieta. Not one person bothered registering RekietaLaw. Autistic savants
Republican websites have such shitty tech it's unbelievable. I don't think Rumble Inc. actually made any of the technology behind Rumble or locals, it's just a bunch of off-the-shelf stuff that they threw together without understanding how to use it. The chat was clearly no exception to that, and has been plagued with problems from the start. As for the Chat Bot, you're right, it's just a demonstration that most people haven't considered the implications of yet.
It's also helpful, as much as it made those faggots squirm and squeal, Locals tech coders seem to be so fucking idle amd passive that the only way to make them put in improvements is to brute force them into it by fucking with things.
Funny how's Rekietas "Freeze Peach Absolutist" audience started crying for censorship after only a few hours of that.
