I decided to look up what carnivores eat for dessert.

INSTRUCTIONS
For noodles:
- soften mozzarella in the microwave for 30 seconds
- let cool for a moment before mixing in egg yolks
- flatten noodles between two sheets of parchment paper using a rolling pin
- refrigerate overnight to “dry” noodles out
