I'm sincerely...troubled...by how blase he's being about this level of benzo dependence. Yes, he's a deeply stupid, arrogant person. Maybe he deludes himself into thinking that since he's a functioning drunk, it's not a big deal to be zooted on Xanax all day as well. It's just such an incredibly wretched state of affairs for so many reasons!
