looked back at the news article on the dog slaying and its from OKMULGEE, Oklahoma, it does make sense that a dog killer would want to flee the entire state afterwards. and it would add up that he wouldn't be able to vote in general. Born Catholic but went Satanist, was the decapitation of the dog a way to prove his faith and loyalty to Satan?
