I had this theory that Chris is right at this weird level of helplessness and competence where the issue is finding him housing where he will both not be victimized and not be able to victimize anyone else. He's too tarded out to just stick him with a bunch of sex offenders but he's enough of a threat that he can't just be stuck with a bunch of slow-in-the-minds he can rape. He's such a unique case that I'm starting to think the state is going to have to tailor a solution specifically for him.

He has never to my knowledge expressed interest in people with male bodies. He is basically the prototypical AGP creep that believes womanhood is endless slumber parties and makeouts. He vaguely understand women are more comfortable around each other but he doesn't understand the greater social and biological underpinnings as to why that would be.

It was in JDR court until last August, but then transfered back to Greene County Courts' criminal division in anticipation for the felony charge. That court has been the one that's been handling Chris's autism deferral and other stuff.

My bad, not much of lawyer and given how they're trying to keep the court case as cryptic and out of the public eye as possible I mistook it for some kinda abbreviation only the egg head legal eagles would understand.

I got an email from VINELink. I guess their system was down temporarily. I assume if Chris's status changed during the downtime I'd still have been informed when it came back up.

The previous orders seem to have come from CVW, following letters from Gateway and DBHDS. Now there's been a letter from Heilberg that was followed by an order from a different judge (DMB).

I'm thinking that if Chris hasn't been moved, the order could be something discussed on March 7th, so there could be more than just a continuance on that day. With some optimism, they might have found a place other than jail that will take Chris.

optimistic indeed, his status in CVRJ hasn't changed. I could always be proven wrong but I'm having a hard time accepting The state of VA has come to solution with what to do with him this is just more burrecratic red tape.

But then again, Heilberg is smart enough not to let the autism spread. I wonder what Rob Bell thinks of this since he represented Chris, and, would he be surprised that the autism deferral he made was being used on one of his clients?
