Audio is very quiet, I can try to boost it if anyone wants. Reduced a 15+ min segment into 3 minutes (and it was hell, so much dead air) but the tl;dw is he tries several methods to call the Lancashire police and seems to fail, but this is the origin of people thinking he might have swatted himself while trying to snitch on Cog.
It wouldn't surprise me if he did swat himself and the cops had to spend 5 hours tracing the call back to the house because it looked just like a distressed call trying and failing to connect to the emergency number multiple times (Mexico also uses 911).

Called this the moment the poll went up - Cog gets a free vacation where he doesn't even have to produce content (other than one stream) if it is successful, but the "controversy" is the only way for him to get people to talk about him. This is because he is a very boring man.

From my estimation of Cog/Jobless Johnny. It isn't particularly hard to make that stupid chav sperg. He takes the internet so seriously. Imagine being in your mid to late 30's and caring about what the internet thinks about you.

Cog is tricked by a fake Flamenco account. He was also involved in flagging down his own parody account as @bravado said and has given conflicting reports on if flagging people down is a good thing to do or a bad thing - of course it is always bad when it happens to Johnny-boy. Last I checked he'd decided "imitation was the highest form of flattery", a revelation that came to him after he flagged down his trolls.

Cog is being Ralph-like; he's either flagging people due to his thin skin and inability to take a joke (which we already knew) or he's realized he can galvanize an audience of idiots around creating fake enemies of the week. Or some combination of both - he can, and probably has been, flagging people silently but now he has become more obvious, leading me to believe he is getting off on this attention plus probably benefitting financially.

The story that has been circulating is that Vickers received the bloody Lisbon shirt, which is now mounted in the family home, some time after Cog did his AIDs video but here we see a plan to exchange it if they visit each other - Dan and Cog invited to Vickers home and vice-versa. (Side note - does Dan still live with Cog now Cog is married?):
