Diseased Rowling Derangement Syndrome - "TERF/Woke Author Bad!!1"

The best part of the hogwarts stuff is that they are going so completely all-in on it that there is no chance of them being able to memory hole or downplay it.. They literally screeched for weeks on end that buying/playing/streaming the game is literal violence against troons, and then this happened:

I enjoy Fantastic Beasts more because there is no weird school and teenager bullshit.
I liked the first one, second one was a little more messy. Rowling is good at writing characters, their thoughts motivations and the movie failed in this department. Like why a character that died in the last movie is suddenly alive? Why would a witch who wants to marry a muggle side with a faction that wants to oppress muggles and somehow justify it by her love for the muggle?
For me this (and Cursed Child) shows that Rowling shines when she has full control over the narrative including access to characters' heads but isn't very good at visual storytelling.

The Animorphs fandom might have some potential; I have to dig a bit more to see if they're more anti-Harry Potter or anti-JK Rowling. I'm not expecting much given how old the series is, but I've already found more than I expected so that's not saying much.

In general, the Animorphs fanbase feels like they have to compete with Harry Potter

They somehow think their book is important enough that if it were more successful the world would be different, but an awful lot of the differences are just the same events happening in Animorphs flavors.

In Animorphs, kids transform into animals. Consequently, the series attracts furries.

They can transform into humans too. And if you transform into anything (whether human or animal) for too long, that becomes your new real body. One of the characters permanently becomes a bird. This bird turns people into troons.
I have about 2 friends who read the series and found it easy to figure out their trans identities later in life and they thank Tobias in part.
i'm questioning, and maybe I should take it as sign that earlier today, I was relating to Tobias's whole situation, and now I find that I am not the only one.
St-still cis tho, haha...

With built in furry and troon batallions, of course when they discuss how the world in which they won would look, they have to make jabs at JK Rowling for being transphobic, and they proclaim that the world in which they won would be a utopia, because their author-leader has a troon kid.

How do you think the world would be different if Animorphs, not Harry Potter, was the de facto children's story of the late 90s/ early 00s?
We would be living in a utopia
Well, K.A. Applegate's daughter is trans, and she is outspokenly a supporter of the trans community, so...

We'd be in a much better place.
Tobias himself is transcoded. So we’d be in a much better space as a society to talk about these issues using solely in-book universe as well.
Life would be noticeably better for trans people in the UK without JK Rowling
I think the main difference would be that transphobic liberals would have to swing much harder and much more obviously to the right to get a platform and that's mostly because Rowling would be some mostly forgotten author with an out of print book series and a bad BBC series rather than one of the richest people in the world with massive influence.

What if it had been Animorphs to achieve world-wide renown and not Harry Potter?
We'd have a famous author who actually cared about trans people, instead of one who hates them.
well it'd sure be way easier for me to have a complete collection. And we wouldn't have one of the richest women in the world using her fame and power to hurt minority communities
Yeah it’s hard to be mainstream when people refuse to understand that gender is societally constructed. And when trans literature is burned. And when trans people are killed.

I don't know what KA Applegate is like today, but back when the series ended? She was the one telling her own fans to read another book go the fuck outside and actually do something useful for society. Which just makes their inferiority complex against Harry Potter all the more ridiculous. Did they really think "use your adult rights and responsibilities to stop the cycle of meaningless wars" meant "call competing authors transphobic on the internet"?
Animorphs was always a war story. Wars don't end happily. Not ever. [...] Wars very often end, sad to say, just as ours did: with a nearly seamless transition to another war.

So, you don't like the way our little fictional war came out? You don't like Rachel dead and Tobias shattered and Jake guilt-ridden? You don't like that one war simply led to another? Fine. Pretty soon you'll all be of voting age, and of draft age. So when someone proposes a war, remember that even the most necessary wars, even the rare wars where the lines of good and evil are clear and clean, end with a lot of people dead, a lot of people crippled, and a lot of orphans, widows and grieving parents.

Let's get real, though, wang-chops will be completely excluded from any such policy because HEIL TROONLER!
Depends. There are still enough pedantic boomers left in Germany's court system to shoot down troon complaints about this proposal, provided it makes it far enough in the legislature to become a passed bill.

FYI, for any who were surprised by this:

...should remember that when you see a (white) man behaving so faggishly, stabbing the person in the back who made him everything, there has be something else at play. When in doubt, early life check.

His Jewish mother was born in South Africa, traces her ancestry to Jewish immigrants from Germany, Lithuania, Poland, and Russia.

Radcliffe was predominately raised by his mother, and the 'Radcliffe' name is the only goy thing about him. Also he's 5'4 lol

If you're mad at me because that's what you have to take away from Animorphs, too bad. I couldn't have written it any other way and remained true to the respect I have always felt for Animorphs readers.
It sucks that she trooned out her son, but this is ridiculously based, and is exactly what these man-children need to hear. It applies to the scorched earth tactics of their stupid culture war too in a much smaller way, especially when they go after neutrals.

Animorphs was a genuinely good (if a bit long-winded and autistic) series, which did not shy away from mature themes and did a good job for a YA series of exploring the possibilities of the premise it created. I would loathe to see it dragged into the culture wars decades after either's prime over a supposed fandom rivalry with Harry Potter that really only exists in the minds of deranged extremely online idiots.

Troons are now upset with jewtuber Binging with Babish because he got a sponsor from warner bros games.View attachment 4617717
the video also has a 13k to 4.7k like to dislike ratio

"When I woke up this morning, I didn't know it would be the last time I watched a @BingingWBabish, but here we are."

The person who wrote that statement is 40 years old:

Can you imagine what would happen if any of these people were forced to deal with actual hardship?

The Onion is officially taking the stance of "JK Rowling bad."View attachment 4562560

This little "satire" piece was made in direct response to that NYT article that tried to clarify that Rowling is not Satan.

(Searched and couldn't find this but clocks if it's been posted.)

The Onion must've got hella clicks from this bc they've gone FULL ROWLING DERANGEMENT SYNDROME.

Twitter response is predictable squeeing megacoom. They'll be wiping the jizz off screens for days.

Oh yeah, The Onion's just a Rowling content machine these days. https://twitter.com/TheOnion/status/1627729871454539779?s=20

Spoiler: Troons saying she will sue. No she won't sue them. She's not an idiot and understands satire.

The Onion has made their stance clear for a while now, with some shitass joke about Elsa being a TERF (and Anna being a SWERF). The whole thing is about how those mean lesbos hate trannies, as if they don't just want to avoid having dicks waved in their faces.

I guess they had to. If they decided to mine the stupidity of gender activism, they'd never write about anything else.

This include questioning if Harry Potter actually had an anti-consumerist message from a franchise that was obviously made to make money. And spending a half hour trying to question if fans can "take back" the books from Rowling and look at the bigger picture of ethics.
You can't take back something that was never yours. That's appropriation at best and outright theft at worst. And why would they think it was anti-consumerist in the first place? They're just offended that the ideology they erroneously projected onto a series of entertaining children's books was never there, and their anger at this realization is directed outward at JKR rather than inward at their own stupidity.

They are really going all-in on this troon defense.. it's obsession at this point. They haven't done anything funny in like ~10+ years at the very least. It's all woke humor now. (being "correct" in place of being funny or making jokes)

Try Daily Mash instead, v Britbong humor.
