I’m guessing he stuck shards of meth up his asshole off camera, and because he has a shitty alcohol infused diet and is already high as fuck, he didn’t notice the yellow grease that stained his finger, as that can dribble unbidden from your sphincter at a time of prolonged indulgence. It would also explain why he had to have a coffee to maintain his high even as he had a high profile guest on.
