I stand by divine intervention being the only thing that got Kyle out of there alive. Wasn’t Gaige whining that he was in danger from a bunch of white supremacists? I feel like everyone forgot about him and like many people with threads he is doing this for attention. The revolution isn’t going as quickly as expected and he needs a cash grab. Not that he tried previously, but I’m sure his employment prospects have only got worse since the acquittal.

I don't remember ever hearing about kick man, he was always a John Doe in the charges against Kyle. If they had found him surely they would have named him at the very least.

He was identified at the end of the trial, near closing statements I think. Prosecution knew who he was but he only agreed to testify if they dropped charges and they turned it down, and never let the defense know his name.
