Hard to believe Dilbert & the Simpsons came out the same year, 1989, and they're both still going. Most people would chalk them both up as quintessentially 90's, and somehow they've hung on, Dilbert less so now.

They can cancel current AP syndication outlets thanks to Gamergate style fearmongering around advertisers but you can't cancel Scholastic book collections, page-a-day calendars, his direct-to-web Stonetoss current event'ing or spergfights with Ben Garrison. He always reacts when prodded and he will be prodded to amuse us all forever, inshallah.

Backlash is beginning. Most of the Twitter comments are happy, but some are making snide comments about cancel culture/ black people.

Has that African-American gentleman never been to the ghetto? Is he implying that predominantly black communities are not conducive to a beautiful life? Bit racist.
The problem with Scott Adams is that he should not have tried to reason with people who are on Twitter clapping up the idea of “hate speech” being a thing. Instead, he should have pulled a Norm MacDonald if he wanted to play with the idea of “backlash” being put against him:

Of course, the difference is that Scott is only bold when it’s ”politically correct” to say the boldest things that are not really that bold. It sucks that this is happening to him, but if anything, he really does have the money to not care this much about his situation.

Like most artists and entertainers, these people pay too much attention to what social media has to say, and not focus on what they’re actually good at.

You want to fix all this, and take race out of it, just deport poor people. It's a modest proposal that solves literally every problem.

Just have a rule, like if you don't have $50k cash at some point in the year, you get deported. It's utterly insane that normal people have to subsidies a lifestyle choice of others.

Like stop being poor. It's not hard.
It's weird this thread mocking Scott Adams attracts people just like him. This is the most mid-wit thing I've read all year, it could even be mistaken for a quote from Adams himself.

And no, I don't care that you're using the "modest proposal" meme.

The Simpsons crashed and burned hard with how bad their new content is, while Dilbert was still mostly fun even today even if it sometimes just turned into filler. Maybe that's just because Dilbert is a three panel strip instead of a 30 minute show, so it can stretch out the content more.

Maybe he will think twice next time before insulting NIGGER. What NIGGER says, goes and if you speak, you gotta go. I for one officially declare this man an honorary racist. He's going to raceswap Dilbert into Nigbert. NIGGER won't like that.

I just really want to drive home that I, the CEO of racism, and Adams are friends. Close allies. Two peas in a pod. A real brotherhood. I just hope no NIGGERS find out how close our bonds are and write articles about it.
It be funny if Adams moved to some shit hole trailer park in West Virginia. He never will with his "fuck you" money but it would be hilarious for him to then spout out some rant video about how all white people are evil, vile meth and oxy heads.
He could probably retire if he just bought a trailer, tbh. NIGGERs won't be able to find him if he mobilizes his mobile home and that's cheap housing. Say what you want, but it's property and you own the whole thing.
Did the Dilbert man really say something based about Basketball Americans?
He said NIGGER should be castrated/spayed so they can't outbreed the whites with their superior lovemaking skills.
Source: trust me, I was there.

Lmao. Anyone who willing films themselves going on racists rants deserve the backlash. Not necessarily because of what they said, but because its a mindblowingly retarded thing to do in this day and age. Agree with Scott or not but this was the expected outcome for a move like this and a single moment of lucid thinking should have stopped him dead in his tracks.

Unironically replacing "I hate x people" with "I hate poor people" would unite a majority of different discriminatory views. Poverty is one of if not the biggest factor in population crime statistics. The shitty behaviors of hood rats, wiggers, drug dealing spics, etc stem far more from poverty than anything inherent in the races of people. Further, the US has a major issue of its people glorifying shitty culture's so our poor aren't just scummy, their proud to be scummy.
He also may be intentionally torching his career in preparation for retirement.

Please for the love of God Scott keep this fire burning.

I watched that Jesus guy podcast with Adams as a guest, and tldw is he basically wanted to trigger a conversation about race stuff and was fully aware of the cancel risk. He also said another planned ending for Dilbert was, making Dilbert troon out then the end. It seems he already has a post cancellation plan, whatever it is.

For me, it didn't look like a cope, and I think it's totally in-line with his past provocative actions like "unvaxed won" comment (which made both side mad). I don't like his snobby attitude, and honestly don't care what he does next, but either way it's probably not as simple as Clot Adams fucked up.

So Dilbert kills himself got it.

That doesn't explain the nonsensical word salad you spewed using a style coined by a homosexual in a book that fatherless man-children seem to be obsessed with. What hate group is he a part of?
The problem here is that user @Quiche Lorraine uses English like a retard and is not able to clearly express their intentions, but if you were to take a moment to read their message, perhaps slowly, and then flashback to your memory of Scott Adams' epic rant you will recall that Scott at several points during his tirade claimed that he previously "identified as Black". Retard Lorraine is saying that since Scott previously identified as Black, yet now believes Blacks are a "hate-group", he should apologize for previously being a member to that hate-group.

Thank you for explaining that for me. I just felt like I was reading gibberish that almost made sense but not quite.
