Yes, your tax dollars paid for all of May's prenatal care, her dumb ass needing an emergency hospital stay in Rochester when Ralph made her drive 10 hours alone to Harry's AND the delivery and post-natal care. Harry pointed out that May's week long hospital stay and delivery was at least $20,000 and the tab was picked up by the tax payers of Virginia and it cost extra since it was out of the VA Medicaid network. She probably would have carried to term if Ralph didn't cause constant stress and then make her drive solo for ten hours to obtain baby supplies from Harry.
Long drives is not good idea towards the last trimester, riding is bad enough but at least you have more ability to move and stretch as needed. May had to drive herself which means remaining in the same position, almost consecutively, for ten hours. Definitely contributed to her pre-mature water break and early delivery.
Thanks to Medicaid Ralph paid exactly ZERO for the healthcare of his wife and daughter, American tax payers did, and his total lack of contributing to any of their healthcare continues to this day. He's not provided jack shit for May or Rozy's healthcare, ever. He will throw a fit if he has to pay 50 pesos for Rozy to get a check-up or if she gets sick in Mexico. Ralph's version of health care is stiffing ER's in the USA, but that won't fly in Mexico.
