From what I’ve seen, it can take years for any actual facial hair growth. (Provided the person in question is even genetically predisposed to having it.)

“Bottom growth sensitivity” is most likely her being delusional and needing to change her underwear. If it’s uncomfortable enough to cause her daily discomfort, she should tell her doctor. That’s not an expected effect, Staph.
