I'm going to give this some mild push back as this advice helped me when my son was first born. The sleep deprivation and crying gets to you. I've never been as stressed as I was for those first several weeks and just knowing it was okay to set him down and walk in another room to breath for a few minutes when he was inconsolable was helpful.

I fell into watching him at the beginning of the vic case, I became a regular watcher after a particularly good speech he had about not giving into anger, yatta yatta. I fell off the first time I saw him lose himself to rage and lost all composure. I forget what it was about it wasn't so long after, but it was clear he was, at the very least, not able to practice what he preached.


More recently I think he is either:
1. A narcissist who has the inability to be consistent because all allowances will be given to himself
or
2. Someone who wore a guise for the grifting.
