Google maps is showing the wrong house. The one it has highlighted is 121 Westgate if you look at the house numbers on Street view.

The one just next to it without the tree has the 125 markings, but no tree, and the entry door is in the wrong place.

Edit: I think he lives or did live in this neighborhood since several houses have that window design. Just not these ones.

I did some more digging and noticed something interesting, assuming I'm on the trail.
Courtney Hutchison, who seems to be his mom, seems to have dropped the Hutchison name, possibly divorced his dad which explains why I had so much trouble finding her on Facebook. A lot of results I was getting had the name "Courtney Towner Sawyer" and "Courtney Del Towner" listed as relatives of Courtney (mom), Ryan (dad), and One Squirt Kurt. So I followed the rabbit hole and found the following:

There is a marriage record under Parker county records search for Courtney Sawyer. The listed owners of the house is also a PO box which may indicate its a rental property. I couldn't find anything in parker county owned by Jesse Sawyer.

I did a deep dive on the mom's Facebook, she has 3 kids, the oldest of which is a son.
I had to dive through fucking years of whatever posts I could find on her public feed, but found two pics from years ago when he was a kid (which is why I'm not going to share the pics, just in case we are wrong) where her eldest son is referred to as Kurt by people commenting. I also finally found the Ryan Hutchison guy who is the presumable father. Courtney is very careful not to name her kids on her public post which is smart, but I found those comments and also noticed there were some "Hutchison" surnames who liked the pics of Kurt.

I get the feeling that Kurt is one of those weird shutin autistic types (no wonder his mom's profile is decked out with autism support) and deleted whatever Facebook presence he might have had years ago, or he and his vtuber weirdness are too weird for any of his family to actually have him as a friend on there.
