I can only speak from an Eastern European perspective, but as long as he’s paying them their cut the police wouldn’t have a reason to care. What he should be worrying about is upset fathers, which presumably is why he won’t sell to anyone in Brazil.

The police wouldn't be the ones acting initially, if he was to be taken down it would be thru vigilância sanitária ou a receita federal, then police would act on their behalf. His main market also is foreigners, so it's probably not doing much harm in brazil. Outside of those two the only other way he'd be taken down imo would be thru politicians using him as a display of them being tough on crime or against trannies or some shit. Well that or if some US tranny died and international pressure happened.

MCT oil is used in both the black market stuff and what you'd get at the pharmacy with a prescription. The ingredient list seems fine, the big problem is that a negligent retard is the chef.

As for legality, in the US estradiol is not a controlled substance but testosterone is. Anabolic steroids are a Schedule III controlled substance which the transdermal testosterone they sell would be classified as. It's pretty much the same for Canada and other western countries.
