She’s definitely too early for most changes. Bottom growth can start pretty fast, but not *that* fast. Facial hair usually starts showing up at around a year on HRT. But again, that depends massively on genetics. It can take multiple years for some to get anything.

Clitorial growth can start within a week from what I've read from first hand accounts. You won't get a massive knob but it can definitely be noticeable if someone starts out on the smaller side. Not "check out my boner" noticeable like Gyro is trying to lead everyone to believe. This is usually the first thing to affect women on steroids too. (Showing my age but Chyna of WWF legacy is a good example here.)
Facial hair? Unlikely. Unless they're applying it directly to the face which would burn. Any possible growth would be noticed on the application area first if anything but even that would probably take at least 6 months.

I'll try to give you the short(er) art history sperg: these decorative symbols were painted on barns by (extremely Christian) immigrants (not really by the Amish though, they don't really do decoration.) The style looks just like the decorative symbols in German woodcarving, where they came from. It's just decoration. Some Americans thought they looked spooky and called them "hex signs."

In the 60s-70s there was a renewed interest in all things "folksy," including the Pennsylvania Dutch. (That's why you can still go to Amish and Mennonite stores and see a real live Amish person lol and buy a bunch of dumb souvenirs.) There also happened to be a renewed interest in the occult. Enterprising Pennsylvania artists embraced the "hex sign" name, made up a bunch of bullshit "magical symbolism" meanings, and made tons of money off tourists.

Retarded drawings explaining the "hex sign" symbolism are passed around the internet. Since those diagrams were made by the Pennsylvania Dutch they're seen as genuine. But they aren't esoteric keys to the folk magic. They're ADVERTISEMENTS.

Hormones are pretty easy for adults to obtain in liberal areas, some clinics don't even require a therapist to sign off at all.
