Love how there's more acceptance from childless women to mothers or fathers, then the other way around.
I don't think they're telling you to dump your crotch goblins in the trash, just that they know it isn't for them and that women aren't a monolith. But somehow it seems to feel like a personal attack instead—therefore asking if they're really, really sure?? (as if they haven't heard that question once a week from others), or if they really wouldn't be good mothers (maybe they themselves know more about themselves than you? Kek), or if their hormones haven't set in—then they'll know!!
"Those womanly woman feelings will set in once you have it!"
Just accept the opposite then. We're literally on a forum very well documenting why some people shouldn't reproduce.. How come that feels like such a personal attack to you instead? Be happy with your little goblins! Why be so upset and write whole paragraphs about having them, then? (Eerily similar of the srs thread to be honest. If you have that strange need to talk others into it that simply aren't interested? Is your toddler holding you hostage again?)
Just accept that not every woman likes children. Like, there's plenty of arguments to be made about dead and abandoned babies and infants and post partum depression?
Why try and talk those kind of women into it anyway? How many infants and babies of those have you adopted, then? What lists are you on? How many do you Foster?
Plenty of animals abandon their young. Or even kill them out of stress when the right circumstances aren't given. We've had baby abandonment stations ten years ago already, but i just saw they aren't even normal nor commen in the States. I don't want to speculate about dead newborns, but I do think the States will be a strange Hotspot. And no-one will make any connections. That some women aren't made to be mothers. That you can't force that affection or love, especially if you never wanted it in the first place. That you simply can't shame women into it either.
And plenty of people make their mark without reproducing. I have, all the women in my family did. There's more for women out there than to have a child and see it as the only option to be remembered. I'd actually say that's a rather sad view of your life to be honest. As if you'll put all your own expectations on your child, rather than just... Take action yourself to have a life you'll be happy to be remembered for?
Done derailing now.
