There is pretty much zero overlap in the Venn diagram that you've given. It sounds like you want England with AR-15s which just doesn't exist in the US. The Pacific Northwest used to be what you want, but shitlibs took over the state governments and sent prices sky-high. If you're willing to compromise on cold winters and slightly more muggy days, that opens up a lot of the northern tier of the US. If you absolutely will not compromise on having any more muggy days than London or Paris get, but you are willing to either spend more or deal with less land, then northern Idaho or the northwest corner of Montana are pretty much the only reasonable options, but the winters can get quite cold. If that's still not acceptable, you're out of options.
