That´s what Nora is doing all day in and out. She is so obsessed with herself that vanity name search 24/7 goes without saying, or what anyone has to say. Then she blocks but can´t stay away from reading everything, b/c someone might say something about her, and she totally has to know. Just read her mentions to laugh at her, wham! you are sea-lioning, dog-piling or flat out harassing her. Which she totally unironically accuses everyone else of doing while Nora ... nahw, not Nora. I know, we´ve been there before, but the lack of self-awarness never ceases to amaze me.
She´s probably the most shallow of cows the Farms ever run into.
However, one of my all time faves includes Daddy Fleck.

I find it a bit hard to laugh at Nora's dad. If anything, I feel contempt for him, even a bit of horror.
His daughter is obviously mentally unbalanced, there is more than ample proof social media is just allowing her to avoid dealing with it and be surrounded by other noxious idiots who keep encouraging her worst behaviors, and she obviously suffers crippling emotional issues that make her compelled to adopt Tumblr bullshit to give herself meaning and cannot hold down a steady job and have a decent IRL social circle.

Because she was enabled by her father (at least) to believe that she was special no matter what anyone else told her. Then she grew up surrounded by a bunch of other special snowflakes, and they all thought the same thing about themselves. Whether she wants to admit it to herself or not, once everyone is special, nobody is. So now she has to invent imaginary genders to be, and date her scooter, and make elementary level scripts that she calls "bots" just to be her friends in order to be able to continue to tell herself she matters in a world where she really doesn't matter very much in any meaningful way... Except to us, how sad is that?

She doesn't even make the scripts. She literally uses someone else's software and plugs in words.
I assume she's bitter because she realizes she's wasted her life, has never and will never contribute anything of value to the world, and unless her dad is fabulously wealthy and leaves it all to Nora, once he dies she will end up on the streets.
