I'm going with dandruff from his beard. He's probably only bathing/showering when forced to every 2-3 days. And that food doesn't look bad, and in a TCU/nursing home you generally can throw on whatever seasoning you want. What a little bitch. I guarantee that the nice African lady that has to serve him has left a loogie in those mashed potatoes.

Can't identify the lettuce because it's covered in bullshit, probably iceberg with no nutritional value. The healthiest thing for jack on that plate is the damn cucumber and even that's such a minimal amount.
It'll be funny as fuck when he next complains about how he almost choked and died eating lunch or something because the piece of his food weren't cut up small enough for him to just swallow, combined with an angy rant about how he got double billed for a meal the nursing home threw in the trash because it didn't rate being inhaled by such a chef. Like I said previously, he's treating this like a cruise/hotel/spa not a rehab facility.

He could probably order takeout and asked for seconds. When I was in my facility, I'd see the staff going back to the kitchen for seconds or meal substitutes they'd want PB&J's if the meal was too healthy and this was all from the Bari Hall and at night there would be literally 3 or 4 delivery drivers delivering food, and this was happening during Covid. I was told I couldn't go outside to get air, but they could order delivery food. To be fair there was about a 3-month period where it stopped but it was resumed before I left, and drivers would leave the food at the front door and staff would bring it to them. When I asked how it could be allowed that people who couldn't even walk because of their weight were allowed that food and not on diets they said they weren't legally allowed to control what they ate.

Yeah I get it, being hungry sucks but let's get real here. They're supposed to be eating sensibly and taking certain conditions into account. He's had four strokes. Salad with tons of dressing should not be an option. Give him one thing of ranch and have him learn to eat properly without drowning his food. But we all know that the moment he gets out the first thing he's going to go for is a cheeseburger.
Jagoff literally is a lost cause at this point. Hammy should cut her losses, smother him in his sleep and collect whatever insurance money she can get for him.
