The people who got on early like Lopresti, Strychalski and Andy Smith did very well, in some cases doubling their previous campaigns with Frog's support. Things seemed like a triumph. Then mid-way in something began to happen and support started to waver as campaign after campaign rolled out. By around mid-October the promotion machine began sputtering as it was clear Frog's audience had limits. Narwhal squeezed out something called "Narwhal Sharts" or whatever and it didnt do very good. Malin especially fucked around and especially found out. A lot of blame for this was placed on the IGG shadowbanning at the time, but the issue looks to be across the board ban or no ban. At first I figured this might be a temporary thing until the Comicsgate backers replenished their disposable income, but it's nearing half a year now and new people being introduced like Jimmy Reyes and Rob Hunter are not having an easy go of it.
