The thing that frustrates me the most is it's really not hard to take care of my pets. You feed em once a day (or twice, in catto's case), let the dog out, make sure they have water, clean out the litter box every few days, and give them attention. That's it.

The kind of abuse I'm talking about is intentional, the kind of stuff serial killers tend to do as kids. One of my cats was shot repeatedly with a BB gun. She lost an eye and has chronic respiratory issues.
