Most of the tranny VTubers are complete nobodies, but there is one I know of who has amassed a decent following: obkatiekat. She doesn't advertise herself as being trans because she doesn't want it to define her, only bringing it up when she gets comments about it.

as far as i know there are no openly trans vtubers that are actually popular. the only trans vtuber i can even think of that even has some form of a following would be kdin jenzen former rooster teeth employee and voice actor for rwby. between their horrifying vtuber model and their generally dull streams this is pretty much the trans vtuber experience from what i can tell.

There's one dragon thing in Vshoujo if he's still around. Uses TTS and isn't openly trans, but everyone knows. Any others would be independent to my knowledge.
